i place the fault on the hotel and their relationship with Booking.com
Cons:

Courtyard By Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley did not honor my reservation on Booking and sold my room to someone else. The staff could not provide a double bed room, causing us to fit into 1 kingsize, no couch. We 3 arrived late and tired without other options-horrible night

Outstanding! 10/10 would highly recommend for everyone I know!
Pros:

It’s located in a very quiet and serene part of Hunt Valley. We got to enjoy dinner near by and come back to a quiet retreat. It was amazing!

Cons:

Nothing! The property was clean, tidy and the staff were all so friendly!

Pros:

The property was clean and it was peaceful. The staff was professional and patient and all of my needs were met during my stay.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a swimming pool. However, the gym made up for not having a pool.

Pros:

The staffing was very nice and customer service was great. There was a Mid confusion with booking in person but they fixed it right away and I didn’t have any problems.

Good location, outdated decor, questionable parking fees
Pros:

Didn’t eat breakfast…

The location was good.

Cons:

The hallways smelled when we walked to our room. The decor was outdated. The staff that checked us in asked if we “were parking at the hotel” and when I replied “yes”, he said there was a $5 charge. He never asked for my car make/model/license plate. Was it a scam?

Charged me for parking and 15 dollars for something you never shared with me. Have the mind to call the card and remove the charge.. would never recommend this garbage to anyone.
