A gem among moderately priced hotels!
Pros:

This hotel hit all the marks for me. Extremely friendly and efficient check-in process. The room was super clean and the AC was on when I entered. Plusses for me are a working desk, a sofa or chair to sit separate from the desk chair and a very comfortable bed. Check, check and check! The final bonus - a well-designed and functioning bathroom (i.e. towel rack with clean towels right next to where you get out of the shower, great water pressure, well-marked shower stuff like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and the sink in a separate area so the shaving mirror doesn't get steamed). It doesn't sound like that much, but it's amazing to me how few moderately priced hotels hit all of these marks. And it's less than a mile from Interstate 77. Highly recommended!

Pros:

I liked the Arrowhead Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, because it was clean, the atmosphere was laid-back, and it provided a peaceful, relaxing environment. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

What I did not like about my stay at the Arrowhead Hotel was the check-in experience. Although I arrived well before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, I was not able to check into my room until 5:30 p.m. A two-and-a-half-hour delay was unacceptable and took away from my overall experience.
I hope the hotel will consider providing a partial refund or discount for the inconvenience. I appreciate the offer of reward points, but I would prefer a refund of a portion of the cost of my stay if possible.

Overall the stay was pretty nice. Staff were great.

Loved the location and the lobby

Cons:

There was hair on the mattress and a dead bug on the bed the I knocked down on the floor because I thought it was alive.

Clean comfortable in a good location.
Pros:

The property was very clean and staff was friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like the extra charge when I don’t know what I was charged for. I wish they had free grab and go breakfast at least.

It was great!
Pros:

The staff was fantastic. We had some kids on our floor that were ding dong ditching our room until almost midnight. When I went to the front desk, they had security come up to circulate the floor and comped our breakfast the next day. Thank you!

Pleasantly Surprised Overall
Pros:

My band was playing in town and we decided to come a day earlier than the gig to hang out and get acclimated. The front desk staff was very friendly and the bistro workers were very into why we were there and they were happy we chose them as our place to stay for the weekend. The rooms were clean and everything was functional. It was a very busy weekend there at the hotel and it was close to fully booked. Our room faced the pool and it got a little loud too late one night. I'm sure folks were out later than what was allowed but it wasn't bad. The Starbucks in the bistro was a seller for me. The food was really good ,fresh and of decent quality but a tad overpriced for my budget. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's about 10 min from downtown Charlotte.

Sarah George and her staff are kind professional and welcoming!
Pros:

My husband and I came to Charlotte and stayed at the arrowwood location for the second time I rebooked because I enjoyed the first stay. We had a small issue with our room BUT Sarah George and her team fixed it fast she even went as far as writing a personal handwritten note and leaving me a voicemail to let me know it was taken care of, and it wasn’t long after I expressed the concern. She also showed another gesture to my husband, and I that made us feel valued and made up for the trouble. Our room was Nice and cleeeeeean!!!! The staff were the most professional! I felt safe at the location and there was plenty of parking. It was an amazing stay!

Cons:

Price of incidentals especially for guest that stay more than three nights……
Bistro is extremely expensive
