Pros:

Hotel & Valet Staff were amazing! Very nice and helpful. Helped you and answered any questions at any time! Thank you for making our trip enjoyable!

Cons:

Apple Bees / iHop - The service was slow, sticky tables & menus, food was okay, and didn’t seem to have enough people working to take care of the customers. When we were there it didn’t appear busy or overwhelming busy, but I don’t know their staffing setup. Glad this was here and available, but really the only complaint we have of our stay.

The location was good…it was close to the stadiums but not in the middle of all the nightlife. The people mover connected to the hotel was extremely convenient. A playground, the river front, 7-11, and chick-fil-a all within walking distance.

Cons:

It was convenient to have AppleBees and IHOP connected but I feel like it made the reception area noisey and a little unsafe for guests.
