I enjoyed my time at this hotel.
Pros:

* The location of the hotel is excellent
* The room was pretty comfortable
* The wifi was efficient
* The views from my room were amazing
* The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

* The cost of the hotel is a bit high
* The elevators were getting repaired and that slowed the check in and out process.

IHOP express was a great surprise and the easy connection to the tram (from inside the hotel ) was a bonus! Also, the location was very convenient and centrally located,

Location near venues. Restaurants available on site.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower could be stronger. Only one older microwave available for reheating your food, on busier evenings there was a line and wait to use the microwave.

Wonderful staff
Pros:

I forget the ladies name but it started with a J I believe was wonderful and made my family and I feel welcomed when we entered the building.

Cons:

No place to have a cocktail after 10pm

It was clean and convenient

Cons:

I didnt like that the air conditioning didn't work in my room and they was supposed to send maintenance and they never came and I called about a panel being off in my room no one ever came to do anything
