Tollstes Hotelpersonal, das ich bis dato erlebt habe!
Pros:

Hotel wunderschön, Zimmer phantastisch, Frühstück grossartig, alles perfekt! Und ganz besonders hervorzuheben - das Personal! Das geht weit über Gästeservice hinaus, was ich dort erlebt habe. Namentlich zu erwähnen sind dabei unbedingt: Yana, Magdalena, Taj, Elias, Christel, Mia! Danke danke danke!!! <3

Pros:

Die Anbindung an die Stadt ist gut, das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Man muss quasi alles zusätzlich zahlen und das nicht wenig: Garage und Frühstück mit jeweils rund 30,- Eur/Tag sind on top zu den Zimmerpreisen (beinahe) dreist; besonders für Linz, also keine Hippster-Metropole.
Zudem ist das Frühstück keine Offenbarung; nur zwei Kaffeeautomaten (auch an Tagen mit 300/400 Hotelgästen), was zu langen Schlangen führt, und sonst 0815-Angebot, weshalb wir es nach 1 Tag auch nicht mehr genommen haben (für 26,- Eur p. P.).

Und ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: Die Zimmer sind als allergikerfreundlich deklariert, haben aber (nicht den neuesten) Teppichboden, was Hausstaubmilben-Allergiker:innen keine Freude macht. Die Dusche und Duschtasse haben ebenfalls nicht mehr den besten Eindruck gemacht.
