Good location, good value, pleasant stay
Pros:

Good location and value for my high school reunion. Nice surprises in addition - peaceful wooded surroundings, super comfy bed, pleasant balcony overlooking attractive patio area and enclosed pool

Cons:

Screen door to the balcony was hard to open and close. If I had been staying longer, I would have mentioned it and I’m sure the staff would have fixed it - they were great.

Good location and reasonable price, but needs improvement.
Pros:

Room was good size with all necessities. Bed was comfortable. TV was a good size. Location was great to our working location. We were given extra towels as requested.

Cons:

Old blood stain on the edge of CLEAN sheets. Sink didn't drain. Water pressure was low. The booked a team of teenage girls in the surrounding rooms and they were very very noisy. Called for assistance from the front desk and was given none. No included breakfast but breakfast was available for payment which was sorely lacking. Most hotels do offer a breakfast for the price paid.

Loved the hotel -- great value for the price!
Pros:

We checked in and the staff members were amazing! Quick and efficient and chatted with us regarding the upcoming Final Four games. We were very impressed with them, and loved our stay at the hotel! It worked perfectly for our group.

Cons:

Nothing! They did a great job.

Pleasant surprise - great value and good clean accommodations.

Location great. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Very pleasantly surprised at accommodations considering the price~! Great value.

Convenient for Event Attended
Pros:

Booked this hotel as it was eight minutes from an event we needed to attend that evening. Convenient to Highways 465 and 31. The room was spacious, had a couch, ottaman, desk, small microwave and refrigerator and a very large TV! Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is not close to many restaurants or shopping district.

Pros:

Housekeeping forgot to clean the room thoroughly. We found a sock behind our door. Not good at all, but other than that, the stay was good as usual. No more 3rd floors please.

Housekeeping did not clean the room thoroughly before my arrival. There was a sock behind our door. Unacceptable. Other than that, my stay was good as usual. Just no more 3rd floors. I like to have a balcony. The reason I love sonesta.

Pros:

No signs of life or food for miles!!

I selected pay at property and a staff member called me from a personal cell phone on check in day at 8:00am and asked me for my credit card information. He was very rude I used the booking app to pay for my room. I refused to give him my card number.
