Great Stay!!
Entrance was dirty. Rug, walls, elevator. Hair found in shower. Little to no assistance from front desk. Too busy with male in breakfast area apparently waiting to give desk clerk ride after shift. Overall impression was not satisfactory. Just dirty. Would not eat in breakfast area bc of overall lack of cleanliness in building.

Location
The gym is awful. Just a few cardio machines and it was dirty. Also, black finger prints on the door in the bathroom. AC kicks off at night.
I like that it has balconies

Everyone was fantastic from the person running the place who got me right into my room to the location, quietness everything lots of restaurants and stuff like that nearby. I would definitely stay here again
Its a comfortable location. Guest attendant was always getting up to stand and greet every time I walked in the entrance. I like the outside seating area with the fireplace.
Turn the pool temp up just a few degrees. Pool had no discoloration in it but bottom was slippery, may need a cleaning.

Mold in tub and was told by staff I could deal with it or take a refund with two small children and a eldery aunt and leave.
The hotel is in a safe location. The beds were comfortable and our room had patio access to the courtyard which was very convenient since we had our two dogs with us.
It was not as clean as we’d like. There was some confetti on the floor under the overhang of the bed from a prior guest that hadn’t been vacuumed up and our dog ate some before we knew what was happening.
Bed was very comfortable. Check in was very easy.
Not much if any breakfast selection.
It’s be nice to have an included breakfast for the price of the stay. And maybe free coffee on the lobby.
