Very good clean value close to hospital we needed to be at
Pros:

The only staff member we interacted with was a middle aged man. Did not get his name. He was working the evenings we checked in and again in the morning. He is the reason we will return. His customer service was a 10plus!,,

It was good but not great
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet.

Cons:

The room was pretty small and was not crazy with the bathroom being split in 2 sections.
There was no complimentary breakfast.

Pros:

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable

Cons:

There is no hot breakfast or continental breakfast. You can order from a menu and they will make you something but you have to pay for it.

Good location for our needs. Rooms are good size but need to be refreshed.
Pros:

Great location for a funeral we were attending. The front desk staff were very accommodating and professional.
We were able to check in early which was much appreciated!

Cons:

This hotel is apparently going through a management transition. The front desk staff were super multitaskers trying to accommodate the guests. Housekeeping might be adjusting as well….. our room had some small issues (stale bedding smell, hair in shower and small refrigerator not closing properly). Garbage was overflowing in the hallway for they did have a “ full house”. Website stated that they had a bar…… they did not due their transitioning phase. Managing a hotel is not easy and I wish them well.
