Have stayed at this location previously and loved it. This trip confirmed my opinion that I won’t stay anywhere else in
Pros:

The location was perfect for me during this visit. The room was great and the bed was so very comfortable. The staff is so accommodating, as we required an early arrival time due to a medical procedure and they were able to help us out getting into the room early which was much appreciated.

Kids love pools at patios!
Pros:

Pool inside. We have been to this hotel a few times now and it's always been very accommodating and clean and staff friendly. The hotel elevator had an issue and they had it resolved within hours. Also, my kids love that this is tell is one of the very few that still has a patio outside of its room..

Cons:

I do not like that they don't have complimentary breakfasts or even cheap breakfast.

I will not be back, it was very expensive to have sticky floors and an unsafe elevator.

The staff was nice

Cons:

The floors were sticky and the hallways were dark and smelly. The elevator was hot, no air movement at all and WE GOT STUCK IN IT!!

Comfortable and clean, tucked away from the chaos.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Appliances worked well and the pool was clean. It was nice to be tucked away from downtown areas. Free parking.

Cons:

Breakfast is not great since it is an additional charge - the hours are limited and the items didn't seem worth the upcharge.

Pros:

The bed and pillows were perfect , close to Ball park , my grandson had a baseball tournament in town

Cons:

Even though the bed was perfect , we got very little sleep . Had kids running up and down the halls screaming and causing so much noise , and 4 times they were knocking on our door , I tried to wait by the door to catch them knocking on the door but could not . Tried calling the front desk , but no one would answer the phone , and I'm disabled so I was not able to keep going down to the desk for help

A horrible experience
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The whole stay was a complete mess. The elevator was out of service, my room was in 4th level so the front desk told me that i need to use other elevator at door no.4 but i need to go by my car since it’s a bit far (imagine if i didn’t have a transportation!!). The AC at that room had a problem and the carpet was soaked in water close to it. I called front desk and they told me we’ll call you back. Later on they offered me another room close to it but they refused to deliver the door access card and i need to go get by myself since she can’t leave her spot the whole night even after telling her that i drove 4 hours to reach there and i’m running late to an appointment. After 45 mins i left the room and the same front desk lady was out checking the previous room.

If you want an affordable option with easy acces to Grand Park, you should consider this hotel
Pros:

Large, clean room with very comfortable bed

The exterior is. Bit dates and landscaping is almost nonexistent

When I got to the Hotel they said my reservation was cancelled. This was not on booking .com and the web site said I was still booked there. So we had to get a last minute room for 2x the price. Not Happy.

Pros:

The room was pretty clean and generally comfortable.

Cons:

The location is rather industrial and felt out of the way for the sports park. We had pretty noisy neighbors and could hear all of their conversations/movement. The air felt rather damp inside the room and we didn’t care for the cleaner-type smell. For the price we had to pay ($288) over a sports tournament weekend, it was exorbitant for the quality of the hotel.
