The location

Cons:

Was not accessible for a disabled in a wheelchair. Had a family member purchase a chair for the shower for needs to be met. Too expensive for this reason. No accommodation, no apologies. Don't say its wheelchair accessible if its absolutely isn't. Smaller than usual fridge. Just not worth the value. And won't be returning.

It's a nice, clean place to stay the staff at the front desk where nice, friendly and professional.
Pros:

My room was nice, good location with a view of the pool. A sliding door with a small patio with a chair and table where enjoyed my morning coffee. A nice large screen tv and a nice and clean room with plenty of places to charge any devices.

Cons:

The towels where not very soft and the water pressure in the shower was very low. One the bi-folding doors for the closet was difficult to close and is in need of repair or adjustment.

Overall a decent hotel…probably a bit pricey for what it’s worth but still decent.
Pros:

Hotel is clean. Decent location.

Cons:

Lady that checked me in seemed so disinterested in doing so. No smiles no welcoming manner.

The bathroom lighting sucked and the bathroom vanity is too small.

Cons:

I wasn’t able to stay due to weather and road conditions and asked to move the date. They promised to cancel my reservation so I could rebook. I called twice and both times was assisted with Booking.com. They “NEVER” cancelled it and lost my money. So I booked elsewhere

I will never stay at Marriott again.
Pros:

I booked a king bed with sofa bed suite and was given a room with two double beds. I asked the hotel to refund me the difference since I was not given the room I had paid for. The person at the front desk told me they had refunded my credit card. The money never showed up. I contacted the hotel in writing multiple times and they never responded. From now on when I have a choice, I will always choose a hotel that is not a Marriott.

This Courtyard is an older Marriott property that has recently undergone a facelift. The rooms are on the smaller side but ergonomically laid out to give you the feel of more space. The room has some modern conveniences but still has that older feel. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the wifi signal was great, and if you are a gold or higher BonVoy Member, you can get the enhanced wifi free.

The bathrooms have the toilet and bathtub separate from the sink, which is on the outside of the bathroom. There is no ventilation, aside from a hole in the wall, which is indicative of an older hotel. If you have one of these rooms, you will have to leave the bathroom door open after you shower.

The Channel selection on the TV is okay, and you stream from a few of the major streaming services if you wish. The hotel lobby has plenty of space for gatherings and individuals. The Ground floor also has a Bistro serving breakfast, coffees and, dinner items and drinks.

The Gym is on the smaller side but has enough equipment for a good workout. I had no issues as I was the only person using the fitness center at the time of my workout, and plenty of space. Overall, a good short-stay hotel in an area with many restaurants within walking distance, and an assortment of strip malls and other places to shop.
