It was ‘’hell’’. In 100* temps with humidity , the POWER for the while facility went out just after midnight and we woke

The locked iron gates for guests cars. The shuttle to the airport was very nice.

Unacceptable covers it.
Pros:

The location and the evening.

Cons:

Waking up in the middle of the night because there wasn't power. The front desk attendant was not supportive of our issues we were facing.

We liked it, wish there were more food options nearby.
Pros:

Good sized room, comfy bed, nice towels. Staff was really nice and the 24 hour shuttle was priceless.

Cons:

Not adequate lighting available. Needed plug sockets on both sides of the bed.

Amazing Experience
Pros:

This location was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to the shuttle driver Jasmine. She was very funny and welcoming. I recommend this location if you’re traveling to Memphis

I would definitely recommend and also stay at the hotel again

El personal amable

El alojamiento no tiene nada que ver con las fotografías, y comparándolas con lo que acabamos de ver en persona estamos flipando. Es evidente que están hechas con IA
Las habitaciones:estaban sucias, el suelo de moqueta estaba asqueroso se te pegaban los pies, sillas de la terraza rotas, la ducha sucia y con los tubos de metal oxidados. Muchísimo más cutres que en las fotografías.
El desayuno una porquería, solo de verlo preferías no desayunar, las vitrinas de Exposición para la comida estropeadas, estaba todo sucio, otra vez más se te pegaban los pies al suelo y los brazos a la barra.
La piscina estaba cerrada, nosotros principalmente habíamos buscado un hotel que tuviese piscina y esta era de color verde por lo que aunque hubiese estado abierta no habría estado en nuestros planes bañarnos.
LA GOTA QUE COLMÓ EL VASO, nosotros hicimos nuestra reserva con mascota (un perro salchicha de 4 kilos) y no se nos informó de que se nos cobrarían 100 dólares por el a la hora de la reserva y lo averiguamos al hacer el check-out en el alojamiento

Great location. 15 minutes to Beale street and 7 from the airport

Absolutely not a thing.

Cons:

The hotel lobby air conditioning was broken or not working well. It wasn't welcoming walking into a hot stuffy lobby in 90 degree weather. The front desk people were not very friendly, they mumbled when speaking to you and I couldn't understand them. The hotel was dated and not very clean. I expected more from a Marriott. The elevator to the 2nd floor was very far away from the lobby it wasn't very convenient. I would never recommend this place. There was no effort put into this hotel. I know it's just an airport hotel but it's a dump and the free shuttle didn't show up on time and the morning shuttle the guy drove in the middle of 2 lanes and was speeding
