The hotel offered airport shuttle pick up plus parking stay!
Being charged for parking when I stayed 2 nights!
Very easy, secure gated parking

The room was clean, very cool for how hot the weather was. The ac unit had a very musty smell when it was on so the room smelled bad.
Paying for parking, we were not informed of this when booking online or at check in. We were told breakfast would cost $12 dollars a morning, and we were charged more than that. The staff was fine with ignoring, had to wait for a long time to even be acknowledged. The balconies could use a chair, we had one on the first floor and it just opened into a mulch bed.

Waking up in the middle of the night because there wasn't power. The front desk attendant was not supportive of our issues we were facing.
I didn’t like how the pool was closed for 4th of July weekend and the carpet was wet once you got off the elevator and also it ice machine wasn’t working
Good sized room, comfy bed, nice towels. Staff was really nice and the 24 hour shuttle was priceless.
Not adequate lighting available. Needed plug sockets on both sides of the bed.
This location was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to the shuttle driver Jasmine. She was very funny and welcoming. I recommend this location if you’re traveling to Memphis
