A Best Bargain
Pros:

Clean, efficient and basic. Very large rooms with good beds, decent pillows, desk and a mini fridge. Excellent price for the location and the quality of accommodation. Breakfast offering was pretty poor, but you are in Manhattan with lots of options. dedicated car service back to the airport was a very good deal. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't make this a romantic retreat, but for a quick business meeting in the area or a visit to MSK Rockefeller Outpatient Cancer Center you cannot beat it.

Great choice, especially at our rates and hotel location.
Pros:

Location, location, location. Great spot to explore Manhattan/NYC. Do yourself a BIG favor and buy the weekly subway pass. It will save you $$.Transportation via subway easy. Room was larger than most (427 sq ft). 2 Queen beds. Staff made the whole experience easy/friendly. Only dis is NYC size rooms and microwave on first/2nd floor. Use the floor that serves breakfast as your afternoon/evening lounge and breathing space. Desk staff super helpful. They can also arrange limo type ride to/from JFK cheaper than a cab. Had USPS packages delivered to hotel @ no cost.

Ottima posizione e comfort per tutta la famiglia
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in quattro (famiglia con figli adulti) e esperienza è stata decisamente positiva.
La camera si è rivelata abbastanza spaziosa, un dettaglio non scontato a New York: siamo riusciti a sistemare e ad aprire comodamente tutti i nostri bagagli senza sacrificare la vivibilità. Il bagno era forse un po’ piccolo, ma assolutamente pulito e funzionale.
La colazione, non a buffet ma servita al tavolo, era piuttosto essenziale, con la possibilità di scegliere tra due opzioni dolci o una salata, oltre alla bevanda. Nel complesso la qualità dei prodotti era buona, anche se avremmo apprezzato una maggiore varietà.
Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e cordiale.
Il vero punto di forza della struttura è però la posizione: l’hotel gode di una collocazione centrale ma al tempo stesso più tranquilla rispetto ad aree come Times Square, e ci ha permesso di raggiungere comodamente a piedi gran parte dei principali punti di interesse della città, senza dover dipendere costantemente dai mezzi pubblici.
Consigliato sia per l’ottima posizione che per la gestione degli spazi!

Avremmo preferito una colazione a buffet e una maggiore varietà.

Pros:

The staff has been very helpful and the location is great. However, i miss room service or a better cafetería.

Cons:

No room service and ordering out requires to go downstairs which is uncomfortable for séniors with disabilities.

Perfect for a short NYC stay
Pros:

Windows could open a crack, so important for some fresh air in the morning, generally clean, very nice Ala Carte breakfast, comfortable beds, spacious room, location fabulous. Safe neighbourhood, Chemist and daily needs store steps away, subway and bus stop steps away.

Cons:

Shower power was weak, not expected this, marred an otherwise good experience.
Unloading and loading a vehicle is tricky due to the location on the street.
Daily housekeeping but was inconsistent.
No hot water kettle.
