Pros:

The location was nice and the staff was very pleasant. The price was extremely high for the size of the room. It was a very small room, the bed in the couch. You almost couldn't walk between the space and they didn't serve breakfast. We're not staying again for that price

Cons:

The room for very small there were very few amenities , and there wasn't even breakfast in the morning , room was way overpriced

Great location. Close to a lot of stuff but if it's a weekday be prepared for limited availability.
Pros:

Water pressure great. Close to the venue (walking distance.).

Cons:

Food availability after the show. Keep in mind it was after 2230 in NC on a Monday, I understand most stuff is closed. Prepare accordingly.

Front desk and first floor was good

Stuck on 3 Rd floor nothing but the smell from neighbors getting high day and night the smell was so bad everyone was having to stay away or outside just to keep from getting headaches , room service did give spray to try and cover it up but they only came to our room ones after we asked for towels and something to be done with the smell being it was suppose to be a smoke free place it was crazy everyone we talked to acted like it was normal around there and was told at checkout they were gonna put some type of machine to get rid of the smell like it was doing us any good being we were checkout then , room service isn't room service it's you call order then do the maze from 3 Rd floor to 1 st floor walk down long hallway to get your food then walk all the way back through the building take the elevator to go through the drug fumes to try and eat while food was still out will say it was really good or the fumes had us just hungry , ac only worked part time house keeper said guy was there on weekends to fix but if we tap it it would run but by middle of the night you wake up sweating it's a shame being they knew we brought our daughter there for surgery , other complaint was we were told deposit is given back at checkout well didn't happen it'll take at least a week to receive . Over all her surgery went good but we will never stay there again on the 3 Rd floor .

There’s no information about parking and they don’t ask if you’re choosing to park in the lot however they do ask if you did and tack on an additional parking fee without notice. Just found that to be a bit dishonest
