Pros:

Love the balcony. Gave alot of privacy. Friendly staff. Especially the person who checked us in. She was a sweetheart. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator available in such a huge hotel. Did not like that a clean towel was sitting on top of the toilet.

We had a restful and comfortable stay. We will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the courtyard. It was very attractively laid out with beautiful plants and comfortable seating with tables. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a summer evening.

The staff was amazing. It was extremely busy and they handled it like a pro facility was very well kept
