Crazy about Courtyard
Pros:

I have always preferred the Courtyard brand after first experiencing it in 1995. I have yet to stay at one across the country that was not warm and accommodating, but this particular visit was a standout above 30+ years of total contentment.

First off, a call to property requesting an early check-in was taken by Sharon who graciously handled my request to my complete satisfaction. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Sharon and introduced to the staff which was a very pleasant experience above the high standard I have come to expect. It was obvious that this is a well run property from first exposure.

Since this was Memorial Day (observed), I was pleased to see a table set up in the lobby to honor the fallen. Very classy indeed!

We had a great room with a wonderful walk in shower and enjoyed a hearty breakfast before departing.

Marriott should recognize Sharon as an exemplary employee with potential to train others. Her demeanor is most pleasant, professional and genuine. Made our stay memorable. Thank you!!
