Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel, in perfekter Lage.
Alles war zur Zufriedenheit.

Der Aufenthalt war schön,habe viel gesehen und erlebt.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, man hatte genügend Auswahl, Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfreich bei Fragen.

Cons:

Das im Zimmer kein Kühlschrank vorhanden war (in der Sommerzeit).
Kein Telefon,gerade für uns ältere Herschaften, wenn was im Zimmer passiert wäre,hätte ich keine Möglichkeit zur Verständigung gehabt.

Pros:

Wir waren das erste Mal im Pentahotel Rostock. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder.

Zimmer wirklich komfortabel, Frühstück super, Lage im Zentrum, nur ein paar Meter zum shoppen 🤗

Cons:

Anreise zu 15 Uhr. Das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Nach mehreren Hinweisen an der Rezeption war es um 16:30 Uhr endlich sauber.

Ein Aufenthalt mit etwas mehr Tiefen als Höhen.
Pros:

Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen und dass das Personal sehr freundlich war. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber und die Betten gut.

Cons:

Aus unserer Sicht hat das Hotel irgendwie keine eigene Atmosphäre. Es wirkt insgesamt relativ dunkel. Da Frühstück ist 0/8/15. Das Rührei ist total trocken, da es viel zu lange in der Pfanne war. Geschmack hat auch am Frühstücksspeck gefehlt, denn dieser ist bei zu hoher Hitze quasi verbraten worden. Nicht verbrannt, aber eben ohne Geschmack. Butter ist da die richtige Zutat für ein gutes Rührei. Die Wurst wahrscheinlich vom Discounter, wenig Geschmack. Alles ohne eine Note, wie zum Beispiel diverse Toppings. Zum Käse eventuell mal Weintrauben zu legen, wäre nur eine Möglichkeit. Außer der geringen Auswahl an Käse und Wurst/ Fisch hätten wir uns gern mehr regionales gewünscht. Am zweiten Tag waren auch die Brötchen trocken, wie die Pancakes übrigens auch. Alles in Allem irgendwie lieblos.
