Du gute Lage.

Cons:

Die absolute Unfähigkeit des Personals zu kommunizieren. Probleme werden ignoriert und einfach ausgesessen. 2 Tage keine Antwort auf meine Reklamation. Trotz Zusicherrung eines ruhigen Zimmer, wurde mir ein Zimmer zwischen Aufzügen und Frühstücksraums gegeben. Nebendran direkt ein Kicker und ein Flipperautomat. Donnerstags Morgens zwischen 06.30Uhr und 09.00Uhr kein warm Wasser. Personal reagiert nicht auf Reklamationen. 3 Nächte €562, da erwarte ich einfach mehr Service.

Annehmbares Hotel im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zwar komfortabel, aber für den Preis zu klein. Die Zimmer im Neubau sind sehr hellhörig. Die Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Sehr kleines Zimmer bei hohem Preis.

Mitten im Herzen der Stadt gelegen.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Zimmergröße angenehm.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gab es Tische, die so hoch waren, dass man wie ein Kind, kaum die Arme auf dem Tisch ablegen konnte, dazu hohe Stühle in der Art von Barhockern. Wenn es voll ist, ist man gezwungen dort zu sitzen, aber das ist nicht jedermanns Sache.

Fantastic stay

We liked everything literally, the location is just perfect,the rooms were clean and spacious with a nice design but the most important thing which made our stay memorable is the staff ,they were very kind, welcoming, friendly and ready to answer any question with pleasure 😃 thank you

Wir sind eigentlich große Fans von Pentahotels.Es ist das schlechteste Pentahotel in dem wir bisher waren. Gerade das Frühstück war bisher immer außergewöhnlich, hier Tiefkühlbrötchen und qualitativ sehr einfach. Die Zimmerausstattung sehr einfach, die Badezimmertür hielt nicht zu

Ein zweckmäßiges Hotel. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, die Zimmer auch. Der Preis ist sehr gut. Man sollte sich nichts Besonderes erwarten.

Aus der Dusche hat es etwas gemüffelt, geschlossene Tür half.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, zentrale Lage, ein Katzensprung zur Altstadt. Zum Bahnhof oder zum Hafen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück war lecker, alles sehr frisch und reichlich vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr schnell beim abräumen von benutztem Geschirr. Weiter so.
Abends konnte man in der gemütlichen Lobby sitzen und einen leckeren Drink zu sich nehmen.
Ein sehr schönes aber auch großes Hotel und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Würden gerne wieder mal hin fahren. Empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das einzige Markel, wenig Platz für Garderobe und oder Koffer.
