Pros:

The shower doesn’t work because the screw comes out of the faucet and you can’t get shower to come on and then bar that helps you hold on you getin the shower is half is out of the wall

Pros:

The paying extra for breakfast with booking was misleading. My husband presented the card before I could tell him the breakfast was included in booking fee. The attendant states he was going to take the charge off. It still hasn’t been removed. We did not have body wash or shampoo in the room. We were in room 344 the weekend of May 23-24 2026. We called the front desk to request some but never did receive it. I haven’t received my $50 incidental deposit back on my card. The only thing was the location was good. For the price I expected better service.

Overdue
Pros:

Other than the lobby, the hotel is way overdue to renovations and updates. Worn carpets, wallpaper peeling off, cracked tile in shower, no water pressure, and A/C had a hard time keeping room cool.

Charged me twice instead of looking for a reservation I had already prepaid for, we were staying due to our new born in the Nicu, we were told at the beginning we would be able to add two more days to our stay long as we told them a day ahead, they did not stand by that. Not only does the property need a ton of updates and work, but they are not there to help anyone staying at their facilities that are already under pressure.

Pros:

Entire property has become worn and dated. Needs refurbishing to make it meet Marriott’s standards. Staff was friendly and helpful but I will stay elsewhere in the future.

Good location

Cons:

Have better staff that’s not rude. I was traveling with two service animals and the employee was extremely rude to me and asked me 100 questions about my disability and medical condition and they charge $10 for parking and for breakfast was not free. Ridiculous. I will never stay at this location again.

Room was extremely small. Toilet handle was broken but we fixed it. TV was not working but we finally got it working. No soap in the shower but we asked and they brought it. Pool was closed.
