Great location, excellent parking, very clean.

Cons:

We had two rooms booked. Unfortunately, one of the guests was unable to attend due to their daughter being flown to the royal children's hospital. When we explained the situation the lady that served us at reception was very understanding of our situation. We asked if there was any possibility to discuss the option of a future credit due to the situation. The lady informed us that she was not sure and had her supervisor come over. Understanding that cancellation policies exist and that unfortunately there is nothing that can be done at times, the service from the supervisor was extremely rude, she barely made any eye contact and almost refused to engage in any conversation, I felt like I was speaking another language, or she did not speak English. This rudeness left a really sour taste. The first lady that served us was excellent and explained that there was probably little chance of anything, all the second had to do was the same. Very disappointed as she was the supervisor/manager at the time.

The staff are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and room service meals were delicious.

Staff were excellent and helpful.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and considerate. Location was excellent for our particular business purpose. Restaurant was quite handy.

All good.
Pros:

We come every year and this is the first time we have had breakfast, we loved it,delicious, fresh and such lovely staff. We usually have a couple of evening meals. Also good, and such lovely staff. We love the parking, the location and the rooms are good. We particularly liked our room this year.

Cons:

Wed love to not have to step into the bath to take our shower.
