It’s just a different vibe, as before. Can not fault Vee or the breakfast staff, specatular and friendly as always
Pros:

We have stayed here, this would be our third time. The vibe was different

Cons:

It just wasn’t as welcoming as last time. When we stayed at our second stay we had a little card in our room saying welcome back on your second stay. We came back this is our third time thinking that the staff would know it’s our third stay only for the staff to ask ‘have you stayed with us before’.

It was a good location for our family

Cons:

That the restaurant wasn't open for dinner.
It was why we chose this hotel as previously we have eaten at the restaurant... which is very convenient.

I would recommend staying here friendly staff clean rooms excellent location
Pros:

The reception staff was excellent even remembering our conversation from book in to the day we left when we rode the same elevator

Pros:

Great location, so easy to find and I love that you don’t have to stress about where to stop to check in! Close to a few food options but we actually ate in the restaurant and it was lovely.

Cons:

One hook in the bathroom for towels when it was a room for 4. And the fridge made horrible noises all night

Booked with a cot however no cot upon arrival
Not an issue though as staff offered to bring one up straight away
Also thought there was going to be more kitchen facilities

Comfy and great location
Pros:

Rooms very comfortable and a good size. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was great and had a huge variety. Great location, pub across the road does a great pizza!!! Easy walk to Westfield and train station. Staff were helpful when we needed something

Cons:

Bathroom a little outdated but still fine.
