It was okay until it wasn’t.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

We checked in and everything was okay until this morning before check out. We were woken up by staff members walking into our room without knocking nowhere close to checkout time. Then a staff member walked in AGAIN without knocking as we were getting dressed and ready to checkout. Again NOWHERE near checkout time. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication between the staff about what room was empty or not, and being constantly walked in on without knocking and waiting for a response.

Pros:

The elevator broke on the first day and was not fixed until later the next afternoon. Half of the TV channels were not available. No coffee just water available except for breakfast and dinner.

The room had a smell it wasn’t bad but there was a smell and the elevator broke but the staff fixed it extremely quickly. I overall enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The hotel room wasn’t bad at all. All the girls at the Starbucks was very pleasant and warm. The Asian lady and the Spanish guy were so cold when speaking to you and it wasn’t inviting at all. Seems like they were irritated and most of the times she was on her phone. The area next to the property was under construction which didn’t seem safe for ppl driving into the property. But big kudos to the Starbucks ladies each day they had a smile and was welcoming to all the guest. Not sure I would stay there again.
