Good facilities, Excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff, they really know how to treat guests. They are extremely good. Room was clean, great view.

Cons:

Bathroom design isnt great, shower screen almost non existent, so water goes everywhere on the floor when showering. Elevators are a challenge and not fast to navigate up and down.

Convient location that’s about it.
Pros:

Location was good. Staff were friendly and polite and were accommodating. Clean bathroom facilities.

Cons:

Had to request a tv remote only to discover no signal was working on the tv so we were unable to watch.Check in staff do not advise where facilities are located within the building. Balcony was not accessible due to construction it felt like a box. The car park below is shocking especially the turn into the facility.

Pros:

the location is great, right in central Surfers, we could walk to the shops, restaurants, beaches.

Cons:

We had the Family Superior room, It is odd that there is no door between bedrooms, this room is on the corner of the building, next to lifts, The lifts are noisy all night. Pool was unavailable until 4 each day as there had construction.

The staff were phenomenal. So friendly and helpful

Cons:

Our TV didnt work. No digital channels, inability to use our own streaming services and the wifi kept dropping Out. The shower drain was blocked so the water was slow to drain
