Great position and views
Pros:

Its proximity to Caville Ave was fantastic, you could get off on 1st floor and into the shopping center easily without getting wet when it rains. The pool was also great and having the laundry room there too was great

Cons:

Our car did not fit underneath so we had to park elsewhere but it was still close enough

A bit disappointed
Pros:

We won’t overly impressed with the breakfast could’ve been done a lot better.

Cons:

We were supposed to get a king Oceanview spa room, but we didn’t receive that and I had wait on the phone for a long time to work out why and then I was only given $100 cash back.

Very meh
Pros:

Was excited to stay there , but bed was just two singles pushed together bed moved around, no lights in the rooms

Cons:

No lights bed was horrible also never got refunded for parking

Pros:

Close proximity to shops and tram.

Cons:

Noise coming from venues across Cavill Avenue. Bought ear plugs which solved the problem.

Pros:

The room was nice, looked like it had been recently renovated. The bathroom was very clean. The room was quiet, couldn't hear the busy streets below. Parking was easy.

Cons:

Onsite parking isn't included when staying there.

Great location, friendly staff, disappointing room for the price we paid.
Pros:

Easy check-in good location, friendly staff.

Cons:

No bin liners in rubbish bins, no milk in fridge, second room had stale smell. Sheets on main bed had some stains. One bath towel had stains.
