I would come back but not bring my swim suit
Cons:

It listed heated pool, and it was quite cold. I wasn't the only one who thought so as well. The chlorine was uncomfortably strong.

Great place to stay for a stopover.
Pros:

We just needed a place to shower and rest between flights. We only had 12 hours but didn’t want to spend these sat at the airport overnight.
We were able to shower, eat from the hotel bistro and make use of the free airport shuttle which was bookable 24 hrs.
Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and everything was a good standard. Recommend for short stays.
We didn’t see much of the surrounding area but it didn’t appear to have anywhere nearby to walk to for food or shopping.

Cons:

Paying for parking, only 2 cups for coffee for a 2-day stay when you have 3 in the room. No cups to rinse out your mouth after you brush your teeth, only 3 washcloths, etc., for 3 people for 2 days. Food overpriced for what was served.

Solid hotel near the airport!
Pros:

This was a really solid hotel to stay at near the airport. The shuttle when I was there was on demand from Terminal 1 to the hotel and then the next day every 30 minutes to the airport. Everyone was friendly. The food wasn't the best but I would just take a look at the menu if you think you'll eat there to make sure something looks good. Otherwise its very close to Mall of America with endless options. Nothing super modern about the decor or anything but a good quiet night's sleep and convenient.

Efficient and great location, solid hotel.
Pros:

Great location, staff was nice, facilities were great and they were always cleaning.

Cons:

There should be no charge for parking. We traveled from Florida to attend a wedding and feel that having to pay for parking at the hotel you are staying at is greedy. In addition, the breakfast is way too expensive for what it is. This should be a continental breakfast free for your guests. The food was nothing spectacular and most hotels now include the breakfast.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is friendly, the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. This location is perfect. The rooms are clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel smells fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable. The Lobby is inviting. Cianna’s exceptional, service, and hospitality, made our check-in smooth.
The complementary hotel -to-airport shuttle was a complete breeze. Getting to the airport was totally stress-free. This hotel provides a seamless, on-time shuttle service that made the trip incredibly convenient.
Our overall stay was wonderful and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The manager Daryn is AMAZING, he’s so very helpful and polite.

Love the people but property needs an update.
Pros:

People are wonderful throughout - food is fine - I’ve been staying here for years but rooms and halls definitely need a refresh.

Cons:

Bathrooms are very old. Parking was free, then $10 a night now $12 - that’s excessive and taking advantage of guests.

Good location near the MSP airport
Pros:

I recently came here for just 1 night on a business trip. The location was perfect for me due to the close proximity to the airport. Peter at the front desk was very nice and efficient in welcoming me which was appreciated as a Platinum. My room was large and adequate for what I needed with a small desk for working on the laptop. I was able to use the bar for a little bit when they opened at 5pm and enjoyed some drinks watching sports - the bartender was friendly and engaging. There was a dining room and a Starbucks counter there as well, but I wasn't able to utilize either due to my schedule. My only disappointment was not being able to use their free airport shuttle as it was apparently reserved for a pest control class who was staying there. A little odd, but there are plenty of Uber's in the area as most people want to the go to the Mall of America nearby.
