Cons:

We paid more to have breakfast. A room is $88 without breakfast or $132 to include breakfast on booking.com. well I decided to do the breakfast included not knowing it was from a Starbucks inside the hotel (food was good no complaints) my problem I have is when we got to breakfast they said we could only have 1 breakfast item and 1 drink so only one of us could eat even tho when booking it says 2 people. So at least give us 1 breakfast item each and 1 drink each. Anyways, save your money and don't do breakfast included and just buy your breakfast and save money. I paid $40+ dollars more for the room and $10 for 1 breakfast sandwiches when I could have used that $40 plus extra, and we could have both ate without spending the extra $10 on top and still had extra. Anyways, I would stay again, just not opt for the breakfast included option.

Overall a nice place to stay, felt mostly safe and was a comfortable room.
Pros:

The property was really nice and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many things.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were supposed to have a room with a bath tub. Although 2 different employees tried to make that happen for us.. we were sent to our second room, told it had a tub and when we got in it, it had a shower. We still appreciated that we were upgraded to a suite. We were not impressed with the breakfast or the coffee. There was a large group of 10-12 young men outside our window after 10pm at night, looking in one of the bottom floor windows and then sitting right under our balcony area smoking marijuana and talking loudly. I called and complained but I did not see anyone ask them to leave the area.. they stayed for a while before leaving.

They cancelled our booking and told us only when we got there. The front desk said that they sent out an email about the booking but we never received any cancellation (not even from booking.com). The booking was still active by the time we got there and even after (proof is that I am writing this because booking.com still saw that the booking was not cancelled and requested a review from me). Fortunately we did not choose to pay in advanced, so no refund request need to be made. But we had to go and find another hotel at 8pm after a 5hr trip and it was extremely frustrated.

Key Card Problem
Pros:

Unable to get into the room with the key card. Front.brought mebanother card and checked it and got me in my. The next time I went out and came back, the key card did not work. Luckily I had a friend in my room and was able to get in.

Cons:

That was the only problem I had. Everything else was great.

This property is always great everytime we stay there. This is the only property that we will stay in during our time in Dallas. You always receive exceptional service, it’s always clean, the staff is always friendly, and we always feel safe and welcomed each stay. The front desk manager Dale always makes sure that we have an exceptional stay and makes us feel welcomed. He operates this property top tier every-time we visit.

There is absolutely no complaints with this property.
