Great Staff, Hotel That Needs a Make Over
Pros:

This is an overpriced hotel that hasn't aged well. Staff is wonderful, but you're basically staying at a Moxy hotel. Not a good experience.

Enjoyable Stay!
Pros:

When I walked into the hotel I was immediately greeted with professionalism and warmth by Mario Ricci . He is a manager in the making for sure and I would go back to that hotel mainly because of his customer service. Mary Clark also stood out for her customer service. Our suite was spacious and quiet and clean. When you walk out of the hotel there are so many restaurants within walking distance. The convention center was only 0.5 away. Great hotel great city !

Great foyer and has an attached bakery.

Cons:

When we arrived the person behind the counter didn’t explain the additional funds for the accidentals so I had to question, would’ve been nice to be greeted and the process explained. The pool was dirty, there was no housekeeping for the three days that we were there. The rooms were average, this is more of a three star than a four star hotel.
