El personal fue muy amable, resolvieron todas mi preocupaciones, y me ayudaron con el pre-chekin cuando llegué antes de la hora planificad. La habitación era confortable, y la ubicación del hotel perfecta.
Se podría mejorar el sistema de cortina y la limpieza del baño, especialmente el sistema de ventilación.
La ubicación es muy buena, está justo frente a la terminal de ómnibus en donde llega el bus de colonia express. Es una calle muy transitada y enfrente en el shoppin tiene locales que abren toda la noche.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba para el calor.
Si el personal es agradabl, después de la medianoche quisimos más frazadas y el empleado nos dijo que estaba solo y que no podía solucionar nuestro problema.
No tiene enchufes cerca de la cama el único que había para USB no funcionaba, desde la recepción, nos prestaron algunos adaptadores, pero tampoco funcionaban.
Desayuno muy simple, pero satisfactorio.

Y que salga casi la Mitad del Valor de la Habitación.
Excelente relacion calidad precio y muy buena ubicación frente al Shopping 3 cruces.
Lo tomé porque me quedaba a mano de la estación 3 cruces, no tenía expectativas del lugar más que su ubicación, pero la verdad es que está muy bien. No hice uso de todos los servicios que ofrece el hotel, pero se ve súper completo.
