Pros:

Quiet.

Cons:

Really poorly upkept and maintenance. Everything was old and looked like they'd painted over it to hide the wear. The beds were hard, pillows were weak. The room was small and crammed for $400 for 1 night and the staff were all hardened and unhelpful for the most part.

It was not a good experience overall.
Pros:

Breakfast and room was okay.

Cons:

1. Breakfast was included by booking.com but we were told no breakfast by a rude staff since it was not showing on their system. After talking to another staff who actually checked the booking confirmation through booking.com, we got breakfast coupons.

2. Maintenance work was in progress after breakfast without any prior notice from the hotel during our whole stay and was very disturbing with constant drilling on the 22th floor for some time during the day.

I would give it 3 stars.
Pros:

the staff were welcoming, and the hotel is very well located.

Cons:

The parking lot smelled bad and two elevators weren't working properly, and also the room was small for a king room.
