Pros:

La posizione .

Cons:

Camera sporca , capelli nel bagno che è piccolissimo, moquette sudicia ,letto scomodo, aria condizionata rumorosissima che non si controlla facilmente va chiamato qualcuno , check in lentissimo .

Pros:

Sa situation est idéale pour visiter Toronto et ses différents quartiers. À proximité du métro Collège (ligne jaune) qui permet de rejoindre tous les transports publics notamment en 4 station la tour CN

Cons:

Pas de personnel francophone mais très serviable cependant.
Dommage que la piscine soit indisponible pendant notre séjour pour se détendre un peu après avoir marcher toute la journée 😜

Gostei da localização, do conforto da cama e das amenidades do banheiro.

Cons:

O tempo de espera do elevador é muito grande. Faz anúncio que é com café da manhã, mas não informa que é pago à parte.

For those who like noisy, narrow rooms
Pros:

Central, convenient location close to subway station, restaurants and downton Toronto

Cons:

The room (and we actually tried four different rooms between floors 6 and 10, none of which were better) was quite noisy due to the outside ventilation, which obviously cannot be turned off by guests, and the poor noise insulation. Both the room (barely enough space for luggage) and the bathroom (no room to move, very little dry surface to place toiletries) were extremely small. The water pressure in the shower was too weak. Inside the cupboard drawers, we found dirt and hairs.

Excellent location but…
Pros:

Location and the bed are so comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are not equipped to limit atleast the noise coming from the street. We can hear all the cars and the street car. If we’re not too tired from a long drive, I don’t think we’ll be able to sleep(thanks to the very comfortable bed). Room is too tight as well. And apparently the streets were closed due to Pride parade and FIFA, it took us more than an hour to drive around, thanks to the Police who assisted us. It would have been nice to receive a notification from the hotel of such. When we finally arrived at the hotel, I mentioned it to the front desk but I was told we were lucky coz some guests endured more than 4hrs, not the kind of professional response I was expecting though.
