Great short stay
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights while friends from France were in town. Stayed in room 610. It was very small but I loved it has obviously been refurbished recently. The bed was nice. Pumped but so much. Everything was fresh n clean. Bathroom was small but functional. The free water and personal items in the bathroom were a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again

La pulizia della camera, la comodità del letto, i servizi messi a disposizione dalla struttura. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, si trova nella parte centrale di Toronto vicino al cuore della città e a due passi da metro e tram.

Cons:

Ci vuole più chiarezza sui metodi di pagamento. Nel messaggio che mi è stato inviato dalla struttura, subito dopo aver prenotato, c'era scritto che avrei potuto pagare la cauzione anche con una carta prepagata. Tuttavia, al desk, quando ho effettuato il check-in mi è stato detto che non era vero e questo mi ha creato non pochi problemi sia al check-in che al checkout

Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt gut, man kann vieles zu Fuss erreichen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist winzig, das Schlafzimmer ist zu klein: kein Platz, um die Koffer aufzumachen, man muss um die Betten rumschleichen.

It was acceptable but I would choose elsewhere the next time.
Pros:

The location was good for quick access to the Subway. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room had everything required. Property was clean.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a King- got a Queen. Access is difficult when you arrive by car- no place to park to check in and get parking pass. I stayed in this hotel many years ago and it was grand. This time it was just average. Use of space in the lobby area is compromised making everything look cramped and messy. Once in the parking garage there were no luggage carts to transport belongings. The rooms are very small. Because it is in the hospital area - there were lots of sirens through the night.
