15 minutes walk from downtown Disneyland. Low price
The main problems were :
1. Not enough hot water for 3 people
2. Fixed shower head that is located at my forehead height (I'm 1.70 m/5'6)
3. Not a real breakfast. Just cereal to go and bad coffee
Close too Disneyland
Though paint and room seemed clean found pubic hair on toilet seat when first used it bed was ok but again it was very used bed cover accidentally came off and mattress had holes that had been sewed and looked very old also room had knats and musty smell
Location
The breakfast, dirty room, no hot water in my sink, horrible needs
I did not like anything. From the time we arrived to the time we checked out. The person, David, who was helping me could not get my card to go through for payment. The coffee with the free breakfast was cold, we ended up getting bit by some kind of bugs while we were sleeping, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The location was GREAT, but that's all the good stuff about this property. We will NOT be going back.
NOTHING about it was likeable. As I said above, the property was very BAD.
I like that there was no deposit.
I didn’t like that the first room I was given was dirty and so I was moved to another room which was also dirty and while I was in there house keeping was cleaning because they hadn’t finished from the previous guest. I tried to get a refund but they would not refund me. :/
I liked the valet being included with the parking per night fee!! It was really great not having to stress on finding parking or squeezing in between other vehicles!! Valet employees were super friendly & helpful as well as the front desk staff!!
That the parking lot was small, but I didn't have to stress about it. :)
The location was fairly close to the parks. Still a bit of a hike but walking distance. The rooms were clean, minus a few hairs in the tub that weren’t ours. My main issue was the mattresses. PLEASE for future guests, get new mattresses. I couldn’t sleep at all. The springs were digging into my hips, knees, back, no matter how I turned or moved. I tried all the beds (we had 3 queens) and they all were the same. 3 horrible nights of sleep. I won’t be staying here again.
Nice and close to the parks and convention center
Very close to Disney, so a great place to stay during your visit. It’s a very solid place for the price so no complaints, just don’t expect something grand and luxurious!
We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Disneyland, which is within easy walking distance.
The rooms were huge, clean and had plentiful hot water.
The staff were so helpful.
We were able to leave our cases free of charge on our last day whilst we went to the park. We offered payment but this was declined.
We arrived to collect our cases absolutely soaked through due to torrential rain, and they let us use their staff restroom to change.
There are several places to eat within walking distance, and a small supermarket at a garage just across the road.
The breakfast was cereal and cold pastries mostly, but still welcome and the coffee was great.
Ants all over the room , building not maintained. Not once did I see a staff member cleaning, sheets are see through due to age , bed frame was broken. Dusty, ants are coming in from giant hole in light over sink pushed the plastic up and found the entry for a giant colony. Do not stay here absolutely not worth it unless it’s a one nighter. Only benefit is it’s close to Disney that’s it…
It's convenient. The air conditioner was great.
Needs a lot of work. Furniture all scratched up so appearance is bad but still functional.
Cleanliness needs more work. There were stains on the walls and shower curtain.
The lighting in the room is bad.
Shower pressure is bad. There was an ant problem in my room.
The location was good
The room was dirty!!!
Only thing good about this place was the location being close to Disneyland
No room keeping at all. We stayed 7 nights and they finally changed the bed sheets and gave us new towels on our 6th night which was pointless. Breakfast is raisin bran or cherrios. False advertising. For $1000 it was not worth it.
Not clean, service non existent, walk is about 20 mins from park but you do get to see the fireworks if you're on the second floor and above which was neat.
It was a convenient location to the Disney parks.
Have stayed in this property before. Motel is close to Disneyland, and central to other hotels where friends were staying.
The only criticism I would have would be that there are not sufficient hooks in the bathroom to hang dry towels or clothes. The nearest hook is about 6 feet away from the tub on the door. The towel rack is about 4 feet from the tub.
There is a wonderful staff willing to help out. Although there may not be many breakfast options, it's still nice to have a hotel right next to Disneyland.
