quizas el proceso de chekout

Cons:

Me demoré más de 3 horas para hacer el check in, me tocó hacer otra reserva porque no estaba a nombre de la empresa por la que iba y apenas les dije eso, cancelaron la reserva original y al final nos tocó asumir el pago de una noche, sabiendo que yo si me quedé en ese hotel, además muy desaseado, olia a humedad, la plancha dañada, el servicio muy regular

We were given a tiny room in the basement . Drapes hanging off the window . This room was only good for storage .
Pros:

Close to Andrews Air Force Base . The young man at the desk was very friendly and accommodating . The first room we were giving was less than satisfactory . He moved us to another room and offered to help with our belongings .

Cons:

Needs renovation .
