Pros:

Comfort, luxury and elegance.
Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice.
Comfortable bed and very clean bathroom.

Cons:

Air con was a little noisy and the breakfast area was tucked away from main dining area giving us little views.

Exceptional service from genuinely caring people—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Pros:

I booked this hotel for my mom, who doesn’t speak any English. She got a little lost at the airport and had trouble finding the shuttle. I called the hotel several times, and every single person I spoke with was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They contacted the shuttle driver each time and made sure she was taken care of. The next morning, they even made sure she was awake in time for her early flight. I was truly amazed by the kindness, compassion, and professionalism of the staff. They went far beyond what I expected and made a stressful situation so much easier. I will always be grateful for their care. They are truly wonderful people!

Good Stay
Pros:

Stayed one night in a King room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable was surprised how well I slept. Would definitely stay again. Shuttle service was timely.
