TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My boyfriend & I used to stay at this particular Days Inn every single Thursday - Saturday for a little over a year. I have a registered service dog who is an 11 year old small dachshund mix. It has been almost a year since we came back. Recently we made a 1 night reservation. Stayed; everything was ok until checkout. We were BOTH on the room but the reservation was in his name so the guy at the desk wouldn't give me the deposit back I explained that he was working etc etc. to no avail. He said that he's got to pick it up. Ok, so fast forward a couple days. We go to stay another night. Only to find out we've been DNR'd because of "dirt & dog hair". WHAT?!? Again, my small dachshund mix is a registered service dog...I've given them her paperwork, ID card even though I DO NOT have to. Second, we NEVER, EVER leave any kind of mess or "dirt". A little bit of dog hair; possibly. I always take out the trash, put the towels in a pile and remove the sheets and pillow cases and put them in a pile. Never do we EVER leave mess or dirt behind. Needless to say, we never got the $50:deposit back from the previous time AND that last reservation wasn't refunded either. DON'T STAY THERE!!
