Pros:

The staff was friendly and plenty of nearby restaurants

Cons:

The room smelled and crumbled around the edges in the bathroom, there was almost no food for the breakfast, it was a really cheap hotel for a not so cheap price. Also found a roach in our room.

Horrible experience.
Pros:

The property clean but it was unsafe. I needed a handicapped accessible bathroom. I was informed that there were none. We were tired so we reserved two rooms. When I went into the bathroom the toilet was below the height of other Days Inn Hotels. The tub did not meet minimum standards for a regular bath tub. There was no handle to assist with getting in the tub. There was no non-skid or rubber bath mat in the tub. I was going to sit on the side of the tub to put my feet in the water. I put one foot in and I was getting ready to put my other foot in an my foot slipped and I fell backward in the tub. It took my husband about 45 minutes to help me out. We started to call the paramedics to help me out. When I went to inform the front desk, they had no incident reports and was very nonchalant about the whole thing I did go to urgent care because it started to hurt and I needed to get on the road back to Georgia. I did tell the clerk that it was required safety features to have at least one wall bar and a rubber mat of smelling in the tub. I did take pictures of the bathroom. It is u see the Safety Codes for Hotel bathrooms.

Convenient location, but other than that there is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons:

Upon arrival they gave me my first room. AC wasn’t on so we turned it on and it never cooled the room down. Went to front desk and asked for another room. Went to that one and same thing. AC wasn’t on and once turned on it didn’t cool the room down. Both rooms were above 80 degrees in the prime of June. Manager came to try to fix AC, but didn’t speak english. He pushed a few buttons then left and there was no improvement. There were gaps around the entry doors. The floor felt like a weird platform and creaked. The bathroom and ceilings were disgusting. It’s advertised as a non smoking hotel, but there was a stench of cigarettes, mustyness, and filth. I have a cardiac issue and cannot tolerate heat well (and shouldn’t have to while paying for a hotel) so I went to the front desk and explained that after two attempts and no improvement I cannot stay here. Gave the keys back and requested a refund. They told me I needed to contact booking so I did and have for the last week. They have yet to respond to booking to authorize a refund. I called the hotel directly and still no progress on my refund. Zero help from this place and they gave me two inhabitable rooms and are trying to keep my money. I will be disputing with my bank. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. YOU WILL REGRET STAYING HERE!! The location alone is not enough to distract you from the awfulness.
