Making changes isn't always the best thing to do.....for the client.
Pros:

Decor and size of the rooms. Very comfortable.

Cons:

The control on the shower flow of water and the temperature of the water which is now controlled....not like before when I stayed there. Also all TV channels need to be paid for....except YouTube which wasn't the case before. Room deposit and the garage fees has gone up. Wonder why as the parking doesn't cost the hotel anything.

Pros:

Room service was superb 👌 well done to the chef preparing our dish the chicken lentil was amazing neva I had a lentil dish so delicious 😋 and the steak was to perfection 👌

Pros:

Open and nice to walk around. Gym facility was clean and empty for me to work out

The fact that you pay R150 for parking, R300 deposit per night, lift got stacked, and pool area was close.

Awesomely central, with a metropolitan vibe in the lounge. I would book again.
Pros:

Staff Engagement
The staff were polite and friendly, clearly explaining how the check-in and check-out process worked. I also loved having a secure parking spot inside the hotel. Redception helped me with any uncertainty.

Cons:

Room Service / Cleanup
I forgot some of my products in the bathroom, which was entirely my own oversight. That said, it would have been helpful if staff had flagged this during checkout, since a room sweep is meant to be part of the checkout protocol.

Booking
I was a little surprised to learn, after booking, that secure parking is conditional on availability, and that parking outside the hotel would be at my own risk. Had I known this beforehand, it would have influenced my initial booking decision.
