Almost a 10 but not quite
Pros:

Everything was great, suite was exactly as in the pictures. Food was great and everything is well priced.

Cons:

We really had a tough time sleeping as the air conditioning wasn't working it was just circulating the air and the duck down duvet was too heavy which meant we were dying from the heat and this is not in summer. I can't imagine staying there in summer if the air conditioning isn't working 🤦🏻‍♀️😱
Also, the coffee served in the room is horrendous. If you want to go "budget", even Frisco or Ricoffee would be better than that. I don't know what Miko is but it tastes like soap water.

Boring because of the damage fee that was not included in my reservation fee
Pros:

When I booked I was not aware of the damage fee which was R300 per night and what you use will detected on that damage fee, I found it strange, Because they have included that in my reservation fee.
