Pros:

The breakfast had a good selection

Cons:

Location was horrible, homeless central, hallways smells like cigarettes and Marijuana and the front desk guy was extremely unfriendly

Pros:

The location is not ideal, didnt feel safe. There was no hot water or AC working. Customer service wasnt great.

The only some what high note was the continental breakfast. Way too high price for what was offered

Nice, reasonably priced motel in north Portland
Pros:

Comfortable beds and decent-sized room. Glad they’re using large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion rather than little travel size bottles.
Great breakfast with many choices of hot and cold items. Would appreciate it if they’d add real oatmeal (rather than packaged) to the menu. Cookies in lobby late afternoon/early evening.
Just off I-5 so convenient to reach. Close to cute neighborhood of Kenton (with several restaurants and shops) and north Portland. Soccer complex (for youth practices & games) is behind motel so you can check out games on weekends if interested.
Good security.

Cons:

It’s not the motel’s fault, but a lot of homeless folks hang out nearby. They don’t hassle you at all, but that’s why outside door can only be opened with room key.

Worst experience I’ve ever had.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Severely unsafe location. Had homeless people building fires IN the parking lot. The front doors to the hotel wouldn’t open so we had to go around every time we entered the hotel. There were little black bugs on the bed.
