Super endroit pour les familles
Pros:

Très bon service à la clientèle
L'endroit n'est pas les plus moderne, mais il est accueillant et parfait pour les familles.

Cons:

La seule chose, c'est que le côté de l'hôtel est un peu brouillante à cause qu'il donne direct sur la rue, mais c'est acceptable.

I hear the tower rooms are nicer than the motel rooms.

Staff was helpful

Cons:

The tv was broken. Had to call a houseman to swap it. He did swap it quickly though. Very dim lighting. Not fancy by any means. Was clean

It's a place to stay if you're visiting clifton hill, but not vacation spot itself
Pros:

The location is amazing if you're going to cliffton hill, or the falls

Cons:

Maintenance in the room was done, but in a very poor fashion and was definitely showing its age.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and would gladly return.
Pros:

We really liked the location because it was within walking distance of nearly everything, including many of the main attractions, so we rarely needed to move our car. We stayed in a Deluxe Queen Suite on the second floor. The room was spacious, and our kids really enjoyed having the extra space. They also had a great time at the hotel’s swimming pool. The staff was very friendly, and we’ll most likely stay here again the next time we visit Niagara Falls.

Cons:

My kids thought the pool water was slightly cold, but they still stayed for a while and played in the water. There were not a lot of chairs available in the pool area, and I’m not sure if there was a reason for that, but it was nothing to complain about.
