Pros:

Staff was always easy to approach and helpful. Clean facilities...which made it easy to put up with just 1 elevator and waiting for it !
Complimentary coffee more then made up for having to pay for parking which was a little walk away if none free on hotel ground parking.
All in all we will return...again !

2 Schöne Tage in Niagara
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss von den Niagara Fällen entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und Sauber. Kaffe und Zubehör war vorhanden und wurde Täglich aufgefüllt. Der Pool und der Hot Tub waren Sauber und gut Temperiert. Der Gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz war Groß und direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück war Landestypisch und für uns ausreichend. Das Preis Leistung verhältniss war sehr gut.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The hotel offered good value for money, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. We felt welcome throughout our stay and appreciated the level of service provided.

Cons:

The only inconvenience was related to our reservations. Due to changes in our travel plans, we had to make two separate bookings for consecutive nights. As a result, we were required to check out and then check back in the next day, even though we were continuing our stay at the same hotel. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had been able to accommodate this situation and simplify the process for guests.
Other than that, everything was great, and we would gladly consider staying here again in the future.
