Ten eerste.. het is een bouwwerf, parking een modderpoel, receptie is in de zogenaamde ontbijtruimte, receptie bijna onvindbaar net zoals het motel, ligt naast een fabriek in een doodlopende straat onder de naam van Spark (Hilton) wij hebben dus ook onmiddelijk geannuleerd, we wilden een motel, geen bouwwerf waar trucks ook op modderparking rondrijden, ze zouden beter dicht blijven tot de opening in augustus

Good rooms in a construction zone.
Pros:

The rooms were recently renovated, clean, comfortable and remarkably quiet considering the construction that continued well into the evenings and throughout the weekend. The staff were nice. We were always able to get parking.

Cons:

This hotel is undergoing a major renovation. All of the common areas were in a construction zone. No pool. Bagged breakfast that you could bring back to your room. Price seemed high considering this.

Terrible! This hotel should not be open during construction.

Nothing!

Cons:

The whole property, inside and outside was under construction. The restaurant was closed. The pool was closed. The included breakfast was in a bag and had to walk through the construction to pick it up. Fire alarm was set off by the construction crew at 9am. Had to leave early due to the paving crew needing us to move our motorcycle.

Construction site
Pros:

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was recently renovated

Cons:

Hotel was under major construction. I should have been made aware of that when I booked. I received an email saying the pool was not available because work was being done. What an understatement!

Not worth the price we paid

Call before you book
Cons:

Major renovations going on so no pool, no jacuzzi, no breakfast, phone didn't work-had to go down to the makeshift front desk, no wifi access on TV. When asked staff, they didn't know how to fix it.
Supposed to have a deluxe king WITH a pull out sofa...no sofa so 1 if us slept on extra pillows lined up on the floor.
In front of the Superior Court so less than stellar for safety and security.

Quite disappointed. Fortunately the room was fine.

The room was fine and clean.

Cons:

Online the facilities were very misleading. It said due to renovations the pool could not be used. In actuality, there was nothing available. No proper breakfast (just a brown bag handed out through a hole in the wall containing a muffin, yogurt and orange juice). There was no ice machine to be found on either floor. No elevator.

Very disappointing experience!!
Pros:

The bathrroom door doesnt close properly. The phone system to call the front desk didnt wirk properly. There was no hair dryer in the room and i inquired at 815 am. I was told that the mgr had not arrived yet and he would call me upon his arrival. No call we had to gobto the desk to ask again. I had to call using my cell phone as the room phones dont connect tonthe front desk. Upon checkout the desk managers response was Oh Well. Sorry.
