Run down a little
When we went to go swimming we had the pool all to ourselves.
Our room had a weird smell. Kinda like smoke or incense. Breakfast also didn’t have a lot of options which sucks with having little kids.
Plenty of free parking. Close to the highway and just outside Hurricane where there were restaurants. Breakfast was complimentary, but quite basic. A cheaper alternative to staying in Springdale, especially if you're just passing through as we were on our way to Death Valley. Springdale is much prettier, however.
Nothing really, since you get what you pay for and it was quite cheap.
Unfortunately cannot say I liked anything here. Very old building, room a/c very old and louder than any place I have stayed at in the last two years, plus a very poor location (the map is deceptive). Absolutely nothing within walking distance. Consider being on a deserted island, except for the bulldozer literally moving and piling dirt and rocks at 6:30 a.m. right next door each morning!
Breakfast VERY skim. Only watered down coffee, apple or orange juice from a machine dispenser, and waffles or toast. No fresh fruit options. No yogurt nor dairy options. No eggs, no hash browns, no sausage, nor bacon available. Literally filled my coffee cup, tasted it, then dumped it out and drove elsewhere for breakfast each morning.

Front desk man was very nice and helpful.
Everything is good location, staff and visual cleanliness inspection.
The dust mites were out of control in the room we got booked into. It made for bad sleep and a stuffy start to our morning.
Convenient clean spacious
