Danielle at the front was on her cell phone trying to resolve personal issues and trying to convince who ever was in the other end that she would wait for them if they were in jail. Was RIDICULOUS to have a room full of customers (we had 4 rooms waiting to check in before us and 1 in line after) and 2 front desk clerks with one working to resolve issues that were going on with their computer saying some rooms were not marked as checked out and so she didn't know if they were clean or not. She had to get on the phone with a coworker to help her as Danielle was busy and couldn't get off her cell phone to help her coworker. Danielle was asked 3 times to go check to see if a room was clean and she finally did with a huff.
It took us an hour to check in. If it wasn't so late already (after 11pm) we would have gone somewhere else.
The absolute worst experience we have had checking in. And then we were worried if our room was actually cleaned. We slept in our clothes we wore that day because we were just uncomfortable. When we checked out we mentioned the whole Danielle fiasco and they said it has been an ongoing problem. So they are aware yet continue to let this be the atmosphere they present their guests with. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I was only there one night during travel and didn’t sleep well bed was to hard and took an hour at 2am to figure out why

Cons:

Over grown grass, tv didnt work, people hanging out second windows smoking dead bugs in room. My kids felt very un safe here as well as I but we were just sleeping and going and didn’t have money to find anything else

Trucker hookers in the parking lot. Lot Lizards present in the day.
No working key for the door. had to travel 8 minutes away to find over the counter medicine for my sick daughter. location was far from central town without a note that it was out of the way. Not worth the price for all of the above.

Pros:

El alojamiento está bien ubicado tiene un love truck stop al lado la autopista está en frente lo que es bien a la hora de uno tener que emprender el viaje nuevamente,tiene espacio de parqueo,está limpio y el personal es muy amable.Lo recomiendo si estás trabajando o no más vas de pasada.

Woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Cons:

The card key was not working. It really wasn’t a problem for me and my family because we only stayed one night so staff escorted and let us in the room once and that’s it but I can see how that might be a problem for people staying multiple days. There was also no elevator. We had very large suitcases and had to drag them up the stairs.

for the price the stay was fine, couldn't expect more for what we paid-

value, comfortable bed, lot of space in the room, good a/c, nice refrigerator

Cons:

tub was dirty, lighting was poor, bathroom door was rough, there was a fly that couldn't be caught
