Je conseille cet hôtel !
Pros:

Belle chambre pour 4 ,avec tout le nécessaire, serviettes ,et de bons produits pour le corps et les cheveux ! On a aimé le particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner simple mais copieux. La bagagerie est un plus !

Cons:

Pas grand chose, si ce n'est l'accès avec les travaux en ce moment quand on arrive en bus....

Pros:

There wasn't too many things to like about - the location had a lot of construction work going on and going and coming in from the hotel was tedious and confusing.

Cons:

Breakfast was very one dimensional - same meal every time and no attempts to change anything on the menu
Shower wasn't good
AC was very noisy and made sleeping at night difficult.

The breakfast was good. The location was good in the room overall was very good.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptionally good

The maid did not vacuum the floor and the floor in the bathroom was stained with mould as well as the shower walls

Très belle expérience de vacance à Québec, et votre bon service à grandement contribué
Pros:

Très bien , aucune mauvaise surprise et les variantes dans le menu était correcte.

Cons:

La seule remarque et ce nest pas catastrophique, cest concernant les quelques tâches rougeâtres vu dans le cabinet de douche, entre les tuiles en céramique . Et personne , na chiâlé pendant notre séjours . Par rapport à nous 😉

Dejeuner bien mais pas oeufs brouiller come autre hotel et pas de petite saussice mes c'était bien

Cons:

La piscine pas trop creuse et dehors il disait piscine intérieur et le prix tres élevé je trouve 279$ pour une chambre ordinare

Good but could be better
Pros:

I liked that it was clean and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

During the peak season (mid August), they were short of staff. In the evening, when I went to the reception to request extra pillows, she was the only one who looked terrified when we made the request. Then, she took me downstairs (in their laundry room) to give me the pillows. She said that if the manager saw on the camera she is not there at the reception, she might lose job!!!!!! I was like you are helping a guest!!! I felt that the room price was not very cheap, they could make sure more people were on duty for the room service.
