The staff are not helpful you are the one to get what you need in the reception, there is no toiletries, the room they gave us is close to the laundry room and it is very loud. The bathroom is not clean lots of hair in the shower.

Excellent budget brand
Pros:

Great for a short stay in Quebec, disappointed IHG don’t have any brands downtown or in the center, however the Holiday Inn Express is a short drive in and out of old town Quebec, reasonable prices for Lyft/Uber if you want to leave the car at the hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean, definitely more than I expected for a budget hotel. Parking included, hotel staff were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast plentiful and included in the price.

le dejeuner est bon (a part les omelettes préparées a l avance) et abondant; et la personne qui s en occupe etait souriante et accueillante... les salles pour le dejeuner sont accueillantes et propres ; on peut prendre le petit dejeuner a exterieur egalement sur une terrasse tres agreable et a l abri
