The management is so helpful and nice. And the location is great and it is very clean.

Laundry facilities were out of use at the time of our stay but hopefully has now been fixed.

Second time staying there and we truly enjoy 2nd floor rooms with wonderful view of Morro Rock/Bay

Felt like an updated old motel, the layout was very strange
Pet friendly with a nice area for my dog to go potty and there was a dog bathing station. Hotel was close to downtown, the Embarcadero, and the beach. Good places to eat nearby as well.
Floors were kinda dirty.
It's a great location, close to everything.
The loud people upstairs with the giant dog that was jumping around all night.
It was walking distance to the shopping center as well as the rock. The room was very spacious and the bed was massive and comfortable
