We enjoyed our stay at Harbor House because it was clean and appeared to be recently updated.
Pros:

The distance from the shore was perfect. Everything looked new and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well. The balcony was nice.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a little freezer in the refrigerator.

Very kind and helpful

Cons:

I was disappointed that I had to pay extra for a K-9 cadaver dog- (which is a working dog)because they do not consider it a service animal. My K-9 is better behaved and provides a service that someday I hope Calofornia acknowledges as valuable asset.

Would definitely visit Morro Bay again, but take ear plugs for the noisy sea lions!
Pros:

Location was great as was the parking. Check in was friendly and room was fine. Local seafood restaurants are excellent. I visited The Dutchie.

Cons:

The noisy (and I mean noisy!) local sea lions who did not stop their noise all night!
