Pros:

I liked that it had an accessible bathroom.

Cons:

As soon as we stepped into our room, I noticed it didn't look anything like the pictures that were posted online. It smelled musty..like old wet clothes...it wasn't very clean. There was trash left behind, even animal food stuck in the frame of the sliding door to the balcony.

Cons:

A/C made a lot of noise. The first room I was put in, had the dead bolt missing and the door appeared damaged. The second room, I was put in the a/c made a lot of noise, only one lamp light worked the other lamps in the room did not work. Bugs were seen in both rooms.

Affordable Comfort
Pros:

Pool was good temperature. Upon check in front desk notified me that they were without water but had a crew onsite making repairs and they hoped to have it back on by end of day. We swam in the pool for an hour and by then the water was fixed. Beds are on the firmer side and bouncy. AC gets arctic cold. Window view in room is the lake which is soo pretty and much better than city buildings. Small microwave and frig in room. Luggage rack and small closet by front door. Quiet area.

Cons:

Bathtub needs a good scrubbing and repainted. Ceiling has obviously water damage from room above leaking. Water pressure is good in shower. No shampoo or conditioner in room, just 2 small bars of soap.

I didn't stay
Pros:

Well first the guy up front had given us Best Western door keys and we had to go back up to the front to get the ones for our room. Then the Wi-Fi password was not working had to go back up to the front for that. The water would not get hot in the shower and at that point I was so fed up I left after 2 hours of being there. I didn't stay the night I also went to cancel one of the nights when I first got there and haven't received a refund yet.

Staff was great. I’d expect a stay at this hotel to be 70/night not twice that. A clean usable pool

Very nice staff / owners , helpful with my needs! My room was clean and comfortable. My room was odor free! Not doused in air freshener like some places. Ample parking. Location is ideal.

Cons:

The hotel had a general run down appearance, especially on the exterior woodworking such as deck railing, and roof around pool areas were more aged than is probably safe. The pool itself was warm and dirty. Trash and cigarette butts, etc floating in pool.
