Fine but not comfortable.
Pros:

Cheap and location for views were nice

Cons:

Beds were an accurate depiction of what the flinstones slept on. I had to layor the bed with the supplied pillows to keep my back from hurting

Place is in a great location, but the condition of the place needs a lot of updating
Pros:

The price was the best thing about the facilities and location.

Cons:

Place needs a lot of updating, Bedspread had cigarette holes burned in it, not up to date. Stayed 2 nights only had 2 towels for 2 people. Had patio but no furniture to be able to set outside and enjoy. Could hear everything going on outside. I will not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely nothing!!!!

Cons:

Everything could be better!! This place needs to be shut down!! Stains on sheets, CHEWED gum stuck to the night stand, dead bugs stuck to the wall….absolutely disgusting!!

It was not bad.
Pros:

It was affordable @ $135/night & during racing season at Oklawn Race Track.

Cons:

Several things could use more attention. I saw 2 ants inside the room plus brought one home in my computer bag. My two bed-side lamps did not have light bulbs in them, so I called & they delivered them; however, I then found that one of the sockets was broken off & would not accept a bulb... Part of the cabinet over the small fridge was broken & leaning at a 15 degree angle. There is no shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer. That all said if you can tolerate small stuff it's fine.
