Staff was great. I’d expect a stay at this hotel to be 70/night not twice that. A clean usable pool
Pros:

Very nice staff / owners , helpful with my needs! My room was clean and comfortable. My room was odor free! Not doused in air freshener like some places. Ample parking. Location is ideal.

Cons:

The hotel had a general run down appearance, especially on the exterior woodworking such as deck railing, and roof around pool areas were more aged than is probably safe. The pool itself was warm and dirty. Trash and cigarette butts, etc floating in pool.

Very relaxing. Pool was clean with clean towels provided at poolside. They were very accommodating.

We have doctors appointments in Hot Springs and we do some shopping.

Pretty good
Pros:

The room was clean it had a microwave and mini fridge though the freezer.

Cons:

No balcony at the back like the other buildings it has 3 separate buildings. The freezer part of the fridge had ice built up so we couldn't use it and it was showering only as it didn't have the option to take a bath with no way to stop up the tub. No coffee maker in the room but they have it in the office but inconvenient especially from second floor or further building. The key stopped working they said it was our fault for having it to close to a phone we were never told not to and I keep everything in my purse.
