Location was good.
The room wasn't particularly clean or well maintained. I had so shove cardboard in two drawers to they would stay closed. Hallway carpet was dirty, as was the carpet in my room, which was stained in multiple places. Bathroom was quite old and there was mold in the caulking. The breakfast was very underwhelming. On two occasions when I added cream to my coffee it was clear the cream had spoiled.
The TV was also very old and didn't even have a guide option.
The hotel was fine and the room was comfortable. The breakfast which was included was plentiful. Overall a good value.
The property requires updating. The pool was not working. Although there were toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) squeezing out of a little tube was ridiculous and not sufficient for two people. The television didn’t work.

The location
We had a very positive experience during our stay here, especially thanks to the incredible staff. I would like to specifically thank Amandeep Ji and Namneet ji for being so kind, cooperative, and supportive when we needed some medical assistance.
They went out of their way to help us, made thoughtful exceptions with our check-out time, and ensured all our needs were taken care of during that period. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a difficult situation much easier for us.

The property was very outdated and dirty inside. The pictures online do not compare to real life at all.

overall it was ok but expensive for what you get
The breakfast eggs were very poor. The rest of the breakfast was ok but they offered plastic cutlery of the lowest quality and paper plates and bowls. Everything place in the bin. What is going on here? Plastic pollution. It is just appalling. Also the phone to ring reception did not work. Replaced after 24 hours. Also the TV had no Guide function. They came back with a printed list of the stations but we were not able to see the content of any given station. Bad. Also the hot water took about 7-10 mins to heat up. This was a known thing at reception but they reacted as though it had been happening for years. Unbelievable waste of water. I could go on but it is too depressing.
