Everything was good. Location was perfect. Walking distance to all attractions. Breakfast was very nice and elaborate. Room was good and pretty spacious. We found good eating places just around the corner.
Generally everything was fine. Some staff members were very friendly but a couple were a bit cold. We ordered pancakes for breakfast one day and those were pathetic.
Tania and Robyn made our breakfast experience very enjoyable. They were attentive with their service and friendly.

Fantastic stay in the hotel, clean room, super comfy bed, delicious breakfast served by Raul who made start of every day much more pleasant. He is a big credit to the hotel and the restaurant, very friendly, polite and professional. Great manner. Thank you for everything.

The location of the hotel to the town centre was ideal. Lots of choices for breakfast
The room was very noisy, there was a lift cavity in the corner which was operating until 2am. The room was not as big as advertised. Carparking was a struggle, overall not worth the money charged.
The hotel was nice, clean, convenient. Our restaurant server, Tania, was excellent - helpful, professional, very nice.
