I found the price excessive given the total lack of human support. We stayed for 8 days without any towel changes, housekeeping, or trash removal included (which could only be hired for around 30 euros). When we requested it, we managed to have someone take out the trash on one day, and they offered to let us pick up as many towels as we wanted on the ground floor. However, I believe these services should be provided, at least for long stays, at this price point.

The fully digital door-opening system ends up being an obstacle, as you constantly need to access the website and ensure your phone is charged just to enter. The cleanliness seemed good until I had to retrieve something from under the bed and realized it was quite superficial, as I even found a plastic cup lying there.

For those sensitive to noise, the street, although quiet, has rail-based public transport that passes consistently; it creates a sound, though it did not personally bother us. The restaurant on the ground floor of the building is popular, but the conversation on the sidewalk feels like it is inside the room, which was on the first floor.

On the day of our arrival, a system error prevented access, and we had to wait on the sidewalk for half an hour, interacting with a bot that did not say anything making sense. Eventually, a human took over the conversation and managed to resolve it after some time, but it was not a comfortable arrival.

In the room, two plastic bottles are provided for guests to borrow to use with the tap—there is no mineral water, ice, or snacks available or for purchase inside the building. The heater worked well on cold days, but for warmer days, only a plug-in fan is available, which does not help as an air conditioner would.

In short, everything is very sustainable, digital, and has that friendly, modern look, but personally, I consider it a camouflaged and rather cheap way of offering nothing beyond the room itself.

Everything was very small. There was no coffee machine. The doors weren’t working. The electronics locks weren’t functioning when I arrived. You have to fill up your water from the bathroom tap. It’s a bit too budget overall. The fan in the room was dirty. It just wasn’t a fun experience.

It says it tries to be a local community hotel, but it’s very hard to find coffee before 8:00 in the neighbourhood, so a coffee machine or a kettle would have been good. The water situation was terrible: there’s no vending machine, no place to get coffee. I would not stay here again. The fan was dirty
