פעם ראשונה שלי במלון זה וכי עלי לציין: צוות קבלה מאוד לא נעים,משקרים ומקדמים את עצמם בדרג הפיקודי שלהם במלון. שימו לב כי המזגנים בחדרים לא עובדים בשיא הקיץ וכן למי שסובל מחום קחו בחשבון זאת. זאת ועוד ישנם "חדרי עישון" אשר הריח בלתי נסבל בחדר (למי שלא מעשן) וכן זה גורם לבעיה ואי נוחות בחופשה. צוות המלון אינו שירותי ואף אגרסיבי ביותר, מאוכזב מאוד לא יחזור לכאן בשנית!
