קודם כל שנכנסו למלון המנהל היה מאוד שחצן
וצחק שביקשתי לשנות את הקומה כי לא רציתי קומה גבוה
לקחו לנו מחיר שחיטה כמעט ארבעת אלפים שקל והארוחה ברמה של בסיס מזון פשוט בושה!
שום דבר לא טעים ולא אכיל
האוכל שהם מוכרים בבריכה גם השף שלהם מכין וזה היה מחריד שילמנו 250 שקלים על ארוחות ולא קיבלנו החזר ואפילו לא טיפת התייחסות
שילמנו על ארוחת ערב שהגענו להכנס לחדר האוכל בכלל לא היינו רשומים בזה ואחר כך הסגנית ביקשה סליחה והכניסה אותו אף אחד לא מתואם עם השני חדרים לא נקיים מהרגע שחזרתי רק מתגרדת כאילו עקצו אותי פשפשים או סרביאקס בקיצור לא להתקרב !!!!!

Cons:

It is unacceptable for the swimming pool's operating hours in June to be only from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The sauna was out of service throughout the entire stay. The gym was very dusty, and both the bar service and room service were very poor.
