all around great , it's been my 4th stay at the motel,

good size bed helpful & friendly staff , room very clean, quiet, lower level room - very easy to get in with bags, near a Tim's

A new favorite place for me to stay when I'm travelling for work.
Pros:

The staff were very kind. Especially the person at the front desk that was working June 12th 9pm. In the morning when we went to get our free breakfast the girl who was working was also very kind and even offered seconds if we were still hungry. I would love to come back.

No extra bells or whistles, but good for a quick stopover.
Pros:

The price was right. Close to downtown. Front desk staff was very friendly and more than accommodating. There was a fridge in the room. A basic continental breakfast was included which for the price was unexpected. On site restaurant staff were very nice too. We slept fine.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny. The room was tired and in need of updating. There were several imperfections that could be fixed easily.

Staff was great and the beds were very comfortable
Pros:

Great location. Room was spacious.

Cons:

They need mats inside the doors to reduce the amount of sand brought in. The floors need to be scrubbed once in awhile.
