I asked for a downstairs room, was told No, then after check in I asked again before entering any room I was assigned. Was told No again. So I said “I’ll have to stay somewhere else could you please refund me” he said “no refunds” I said “are you sure?” He said “fine u get downstairs room” then he swiped the key card aggressively and threw it on the counter. I’m pretty chill I’ve been a waiter for 8 years. So I took the key and went to the room. It was horrible, the drains smelled very bad, the water made me itchy I thought I had an infection. Felt really scary and dangerous on that side of motel. I hope I’m never in that situation again. I couldn’t sleep and made the 2 hour drive home around 3am. The trip was ruined. Hope nobody gets the same treatment I got. So uncomfortable

The property was rent by the hour establishment. It was dirty and the pictures do not match what the actual property look like. Staff was rude. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. I got a room somewhere else.

It’s a little ghetto feel, the room was small for a family of four. But of course it’s just a hotel to stay at for a day.

Cons:

Well it was next to a gas station and the color of yellow was kinda weird for it being close the beach.
