Le service était moyen. Nous avons attendu un bon moment à notre arrivé pour le chek in car il n'y avait personne a la réception.
Les lits était extrêmement mous et il y avait un peu de moisissures dans la douche.

The AC was bad and not functioning properly as a result of which we couldn't sleep or relax and we're tired the next day which was the main issue. The coffee machine contained a dried pod from the last times use so the coffee machine was not cleaned. The man at the reception when we checked in was not polite.

Strong disinfectant smell throughout. Appreciate the need for cleanliness but the smell was too overwhelming. Also unable to open windows to ventilate.

Je ne suis pas certaine que les draps avaient été vraiment changés. à mon arrivée du travail passé minuit j’étais trop fatiguée pour supporter un room service ou un changement de chambre mais je reste avec un doute. On a bien pris soin de refaire le lit mais les plis dans les draps, d’un seul côté comme si une personne y avait dormi m’ont laissé dans le doute. Il y avait de longs cheveux bruns par terre.

L’accueil de la fille à la réception qui c’est carrément moquée de moi en pleine face. Elle m’a ris dans la face

One of the worst hotel experiences ever!

We stayed in a 6-person Deluxe Suite, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we checked in.

On the first day, the bathroom lock was not working. Later that night, when we opened the sofa bed, there was a strong urine-like smell, and the bed itself was in terrible condition. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly not properly cleaned or maintained.

Around 11 PM, we called for fresh bedsheets for the sofa bed. The security staff who came to assist us said it was his first day and he didn’t know where anything was. This was incredibly frustrating, especially so late at night.

Even worse, when we went to take a shower after checking in, there was no soap, shampoo, or body lotion—the containers were completely empty. When I called reception, instead of immediately resolving the issue, I was told that they didn’t know where the soap was.

Seriously, before giving a room to new guests, aren’t these basic things supposed to be checked? Cleanliness, working facilities, and basic toiletries should be the minimum standard for any hotel.

We paid good money for this stay and received an experience that was absolutely not worth it. A complete waste of money.
