HÔTEL FERMÉ !!!

Cet hôtel est fermé depuis plusieurs mois je ne comprends qu’on puisse encore réservé via booking !
En arrivant après 11h de vol on a envie d’enfin se poser tranquille, et bien non… arrivé à l’accueil une gardienne nous explique que cet hôtel est fermé depuis plusieurs mois mais que le propriétaire a un autre hôtel pas très loin et que nous allons être conduits la bas, elle nous demande de patienter en attendant un taxi
Au bout de 15mn effectivement un taxi vient nous chercher pour nous conduire dans l’autre hôtel qui s’appelle Adhara Cancun
1er aspect pas trop mal, par contre la chambre salle, les draps douteux (pas changés à mon avis)
Heureusement ça n’était que pour une seule nuit
Par contre le petit dej était très bien seul point positif de notre arrivée à Cancun
Il faut absolument retirer cet hôtel du site booking pour ne plus pouvoir réserver ici !

Buen lugar con oportunidades.
Pros:

No gustó la cercanía con zonas relevantes en Cancún, tales como el terminal de ADO, supermercados y lugares donde comer. También es positivo que puedan llevar a playas cercanas a una hora determinada. La habitación era amplia.

Cons:

El personal durante el buffet del desayuno nos trató muy bien, sin embargo debo mencionar que un snack que solicitamos en la tarde asociado a papas fritas fue excesivamente alto en costo para la cantidad que veniía, 7 u 8 papas con suerte, creo que buscar ganancias en cosas como esa no vale la pena y sólo degrada el servicio, de hecho, sentimos que se molestaron en su momento quizas por que sólo pedimos eso sin gastar en algo adicional. El hotel en general es muy bonito, pero quizas sería bueno invertir en un segundo restaurant o pensar en opciones con menu del tipo all inclusive.

Un detalle importante es que se sentía olor a humedad y también que en la salida (en la vereda del hotel) se evidencian cables eléctricos a la vista, eso no se vé bien, no se sabe si están energizados o no.

Our hotel was under reconstruction when we came there. Receptionist waited us and ordered taxi to another upgraded without any additional cost.

Buen hotel por un costo razonable
Pros:

Nos hospedamos en el hotel Adhara hacienda Cancún. Porque este hotel estaba en remodelación. Las instalaciones eran cómodas y limpias. El desayuno bufete era muy bueno. El servicio de bus gratuito para la zona hotelera fue un plus.

Hotel Adhara Cancún, hotel muy bonito, amplio, buena piscina y buen desayuno

En realidad el hotel que yo compré se llama Adhara Express sin embargo en la página no dicen que te van a pasar a otro, Adhara Cancún, cuando compré la habitación lo hice pensando en la ubicación y moverme a pie hacia el centro de Cancún, y en la nueva ubicación ya eso no era tan fácil, sin embargo a favor del hotel está que es un hotel muy bonito, amplio con buen desayuno y me mantuvieron la tarifa además de que me dieron un late check out

La ubicación para mis propósitos, sin embargo posiblemente en otra visita me quede ahí de nuevo

Excelente hotel e voltaria a me hospedar.
Pros:

A piscina do hotel é maravilhosa o café da manhã excelente. Bem localizado próximo da rodoviária e do centro de cancun. Próximo de mercado e restaurantes da regiao. Eu voltaria certamente a me hospedar neste hotel.

Cons:

Não tem frigobar no quarto.
