Costly One Night Stop Over
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Expensive room rate for the quality of the hotel. Location is poor with pan handlers around the site. Hotel wasn’t overly clean.

Bad situations can be made better. Mili's professionalism and help made the stay seem worthwhile

The best part of this stay was the receptionist Mili. She qent over, above and betond to be helpful a s acxlmmodate requeats

Cons:

It was way too pricey for the amenities available - curious if it's like that all year round or just when it's Syracuae Uni graduation weekend.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. The first room I had the window was open, the rug was wet and there were green stains on the bedding. The second room they moved me to had black marks on walls, smeared bugs. Hari in the bed, streaks on all the furniture. Paper stuffed in the peep hole. This was the worst hotel. I left and booked at a new location. I never even checked out I did not feel safe in the area as I was travelling with my 2 children.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Easily accessible rooms. Comfortable beds. Mostly clean rooms. Easy location for travel needs.

Cons:

There was mold in the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom. The tv didn't work. The bathroom fan would not turn off. And we got locked out of our room as our keys stopped working (but the staff was quick to fix that).

Great for what I needed Very Low Location and very clean facility.
Pros:

The TVs, the location and I also like how clean overall they keep it.

Cons:

The staff are Very frustrating, not understanding they don’t really allow any lead way. So if your booking any special requests are 9-10 won’t be allowed.
