Exceptional Hospitality from Markell and April!

After an enjoyable three-hour drive to get my car detailed at Beyond Clean Auto Detailing in Liberty Hill.. I drove back down to Austin, checking into the Embassy Suites Arboretum.

It was an absolute breath of fresh air to be greeted with such warmth and compassion!

I was immediately greeted at the front desk by Markell and April, whose warm smiles instantly made the long drive worth it.

During check-in, they genuinely engaged with me and asked if my trip was for business or leisure. I mentioned I was in town to celebrate my birthday on Saturday.

I left the hotel to run some errands, and when I returned to my room, I was met with the most delightful surprise. Markell and April had taken the time to put together a thoughtful gift basket and a handwritten note, letting me know they were thinking of me.

To top it off, it was my very first time experiencing a personalized welcome message on the room TV!

"Professional" doesn't even begin to describe their incredible level of attention to detail and hospitality.
They are the absolute gold standard for the Hilton brand, and why I keep choosing Hilton over the other H brand.
On top of their stellar service, my room was immaculate and perfectly positioned away from high-traffic areas for a peaceful stay.

Brandon at the front desk was a very kind and hard working man. He made sure that I felt comfortable and at home. The process to check in with him was simple and straightforward. He gave me all the information and details for the hotel such as the breakfast times, the pool, gym etc. The room was clean, roomy, cozy and just good in general. Lobby is amazing. A lot of decorations and it looks very fancy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We brought thirty students up and had a hiccup with the hotel receive the check from our school district. The front desk staff and management were wonderful and made what could have been a stressful situation a much smoother experience. The hospitality while trying to get everything worked out was fantastic. Thank you Christian weqq w your and April! Very satisfied customers.

During our stay at the hotel, Brandon made a significant difference to our experience. He always greeted us warmly every time we saw him and genuinely made sure our stay was pleasant. Whether it was a friendly hello in the morning or going out of his way to help with small requests, Brandon’s positive attitude and attentiveness stood out. Thanks to him, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of.

The staff is lovely, the breakfast is wonderful, and the happy hour is a great idea!!

I can honestly say the breakfast was the best part!!

That's clean and offers a lot of things to do. If you don't want to leave the hotel, create place and every best friend with breakfast is amazing.

Hotel was beautiful, the rooms clean the breakfast delicious the front desk really friendly and nice .

Breakfast was really good, even including a cooked-to-order omelet station. We had a great pizza from the bar with our 2 free drinks. The staff was all friendly and accommodating. The woman working the evening desk was wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were spacious.
