Breakfast was incredible and so was the Pool area.
Hot tub not working, room felt dirty, shower made this horrible screeching noise
We both liked the fact that the room had 2 TVs, also had its own microwave and refrigerator. And the member of staff at the bar DAY. Was very welcoming, also Day had a very pleasant female assistant that day when we checked in that day. Assisting him behind the bar and helped us ordering our meal, we forgotten her name. Just to say a huge thanks 😊
The queing up for the breakfast, they need to organise a different queing system there for guest to have fried eggs, or whatever they need...it was very long and confusing

I was extremely disappointed to find a $340 smoking fee added to a room that cost roughly $100. At no point during my stay did I see clear signage or information in the room stating that vaping was prohibited or that doing so could result in a $340 charge.
When I questioned the fee, I was told that the policy is listed on the hotel’s website. A penalty this significant should be clearly and prominently disclosed to guests—not buried online and only pointed out after a charge has already been assessed.
I have been a loyal Hilton Honors member for years, which makes this experience especially frustrating. Rather than feeling like a genuine effort to prevent smoking or vaping, the lack of clear disclosure combined with such an excessive fee makes it feel like a revenue-generating penalty at the guest’s expense.
I understand and respect a hotel’s right to maintain a smoke- and vape-free property. My issue is with transparency. If management intends to charge guests $340 for violating this policy, the prohibition and potential fee should be unmistakably communicated at check-in and in the guest room.
This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in this property and is not the level of transparency or customer service I expect from a Hilton-branded hotel. I would strongly encourage management to review both this charge and how this policy is communicated to guests.
