NO WHERE DID IT SAY THE POOL WAS NOT INSERVICE .ALTGOUGH WE WERE ABLE TO WALK TO A NEIGHBORING HOTEL TO UTILIZE THEIR POOL I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO HAVE THAT INFO PRIOR TO BOOKING FOR MY OWN OPTIONS

We were very disappointed with our experience unfortunately!! Don't like giving bad reviews. Rang hotel for shuttle from airport after a 10hr flight waited best part of an hour no bus. Had to go back into airport again to ring Hotel eventuallycame!! Got to Hotel at 9:40pm asked if restaurant was still open she said yes, she would let them know we were coming in for food. Went to put out bags quickly in room ,key fob wouldn't work had to return to reception again !!she said because we were at the wrong door
!!!!! My husband showed her we were at the door she had written on our doorpass.!!!!! Which she then realised that was already a n occupied room The mind boggles! Got to restaurant at 9:50 bar tend er said restaurant was closed. We explained reception said she would inform them we were coming.... we were not expected a full meal as we understood the were serving until 10:00 a sandwich would suffice.
He said chef was cleaning the fryers!! Had to go to bed very hungry.
So sadly wasn't a good experience for us. Our intention was to book it on our return journey,night before back to Ireland but unfortunately experience wouldn't allow us.
