I searched booking.com for hotels that included parking and breakfast. I get there and its $15.75 to park. I felt like this was deceptive advertising. Once I brought up the parking, the reservation person no longer made eye contact. I realized once in my room she did not give us the waters they give to Hilton Honors members. I was annoyed that I had to download an app just to park my car. It was supposed to be a fun night out. The line was so long when we went back downstairs to ask about the water, we went to a gas station to buy water.

Nearly $400 for one night, terrible beds, disappointing breakfast, and absolutely NOT worth the money!
Pros:

The only two positives about this property were its cleanliness and convenient location. The hotel appeared clean overall, and it was close to Busch Gardens and nearby restaurants, including a fantastic wing restaurant we visited. Unfortunately, those were the only aspects of our stay that I could genuinely compliment.

Cons:

We paid approximately $384 for ONE NIGHT in a suite with two queen beds and a pullout sofa, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

ROOM ODOR: Immediately upon entering, we noticed an unpleasant, stale smell. Although the room appeared clean, it did not smell fresh or welcoming.

HORRIBLE BEDS: These were honestly some of the worst beds I have ever slept on. Every person in our room complained about sleeping poorly. My fitted sheet didn’t even fit the mattress properly and repeatedly slipped off throughout the night. After a long day at Busch Gardens, we were exhausted and simply wanted a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, nobody slept well.

INSUFFICIENT TOWELS: Our family-sized suite had only TWO bath towels upon arrival. After calling, we received three additional towels. However, the pool had no towels available, so the children had to use towels from our room. There were not enough towels readily available for everyone.

TERRIBLE BREAKFAST: We went downstairs around 8:00 AM, and the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The sausage appeared undercooked, the eggs had an unpleasant powdered-egg taste and texture, and the potatoes were soggy.

To make matters worse, the bacon was practically being held hostage behind the omelette station! Guests wanting bacon had to stand in an extremely long line behind people waiting for freshly prepared omelettes. There should be a more convenient way for guests to get bacon without waiting through an entire omelette line.

POOR PARKING LOT LIGHTING: The parking lot was inadequately lit at night. Several areas were extremely dark, making it uncomfortable to walk through, especially while traveling with family. Better exterior lighting is needed.

POOR VALUE: At nearly $400 for one night, I expected significantly better accommodations. Comfortable beds, properly fitting sheets, adequate towels, decent breakfast, and sufficient exterior lighting are basic expectations.

The room for its price wasnt bad I was in 8th floor tho but it had alot of space living room 2 TV king size bed private area etc

Staff was very slow, didnt know if I had my reserved room available then going to room it wasnt even finished being clean when I checked in 2 hours later then time of check in but I was now running late to concert so we kicked house keeping out, also as I was getting dressed next day house keeping came in 2 hours before check out time so we kicked her out again I felt rushed and when I tried to buy drinks staff was no where to be found so had to leave to buy drinks out, and last thing the picture on site is definitely not the real thing it showed a nice white hotel with premium pool when I get there its a brown smaller building with a regular pool old and dirty site made me think I was going to be in a real nice hotel when it was average at best....and lastly app had a messaging system and call to check in through site I messaged them 3 times a week ahead still no response and I called twice put me to voice mail so it was pointless... will never go back
