I have been going to this hotel since I was a teenager, now 45. We use to LOVE this place!!! It has struggled over the
years. Unfortunately it has become just another beat down, broken, old hotel. We will not be staying again. The elevators are constantly broken so you have to take the stairs. The stairs stink like an old port-a-potty and are just filthy. Their once nice hot tub has now been filled with cement. The pool was milky, full of leaves and debris. The electronic key never works. They charge to park in a parking lot with construction supplies. Then the deal breaker for us was the AC never got cold!!!!! After cooking all day you look forward to coming back to a crisp cold room. That is not possible here. The staff was very friendly! But the hotel is just no longer a treat.

I personally really like the building structure and architecture. It might seem silly, but I think it’s really important to like the look of the place you’re staying and I really liked it. I really liked how each unit was and that there was a glass window like future instead of the classic concrete wall at the front. It definitely stood out. It felt very homey and cozy. I liked that the room included a living space as well as a separate area for the beds. I like the size of the fridge and that there was a microwave. While I didn’t use the TV I like that there was a TV. I like the food selection for breakfast and evening reception. It might not have been the fanciest selection and collection, but it felt very home-like and that is the most important thing for me, the ease and home like feeling. I liked the lobby space and the dining area. I loved how friendly and approachable all personnel were. I just really liked everything about my stay here. It’s definitely one of my favorite hotels. In fact, I felt so comfortable that I felt this would be a perfect place for a staycation once I move to Tampa. The whole point of my trip was to find an apartment for when I move to Tampa next month, and during my trip I realized that if I ever need to find a place to rest outside of my home, I could have a staycation at the Embassy suites, just to get away from the everyday life stresses, because I would definitely like to come back, but it would be really hard to stay here if I live in Tampa already, so I have to come back for staycation. 🤭😅 I will definitely be recommending this place to any of my friends and family members who want to come visit Tampa.

My friend and I planned a trip to Busch Gardens for our vacation and needed a hotel. I checked online and booked the Embassy Suites by Hilton USF, as it looked amazing. Believe me when I tell you that we were not disappointed. This is a beautiful, well kept hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, and great amenities. It has a nice workout room, great pool, a bar and lounge and restaurant. The breakfast in the morning is fresh and delicious with a large variety of items to satisfy any taste you may have. The staff is very friendly and the General Manager of the hotel, William, is especially friendly and warm and was speaking personally with guests every morning at breakfast making sure everyone had what they needed and were enjoying their experience. I especially liked that this hotel also is very peaceful and has signs posted on every floor stating that between 10 pm and 6am is quiet time so as all guests can enjoy a restful evening. All of this you get for what I believe is a tremendous price and value. I highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the unique style where the view is the atrium , not the outside.
