Amazing customer service. Honestly top notch. Malcolm and Nancy are brilliant with guests, making us feel welcome. Breakfast was amazing, made to order eggs were so good and the team worked fast. No wait times for the breakfast even on the busy weekends. Evening free snacks and drinks were a special bonus.

Cons:

Honestly paid parking and old dated rooms. Dark and old. Too much of old carpet.

I booked this for the last day of our vacation because the photos made it look grand, it is dated and overpriced. I wished we stayed in the Hampton inn where the price was $50 a room per day cheaper, modern, free parking and better service.
